Tehani at Mill Creek Jiffy Lube was a d light to meet and work with. I let her know that this is my mom's car and that she had just passed away so I needed al of my fluids xhecked as I am driving back-and forth from Portland a lot. She was compassionate about my situation. Understood that I was frightened about driving my mom's Oldsmobile (aka "a boat") into the service area and took care of me in a quick manner without me feeling rushed out nor waiting forever. An absolute godsend during a time of crisis for me. Thank you, Tahani!

Got on oil change yesterday at the 19th ave se location. Forgot to ask to check my transmission. Next day car is sputtering. Nate mentioned to go back to the 19th die to closed transmission. He gave me hope. Car problems suck
