I came from Eastern WA for a concert with my 72yo mom and decided to get my oil changed to kill some time and prepare for our 6 hour drive home tomorrow. Antonio was super friendly and helpful!! I drive a BMW X5 which ste finicky on all levels. I have had prior problems with Volvoline and spilling oil in my alternator, so I warned the jiffy lube staff of my prior issue to try and prevent it in the future. I get 20 min away and check engine light comes on. I called immediately, hysterical!!! Chris calmed me down and told me to come back and reassured me that he would get it figured out and get me back on the road. And that he did!!!!! He fixed it immediately, reset all my codes. Reassured me and my mom all is well. I recommend them for sure!!!! Good job guys! Thank you for getting me home and taking pride in your work and taking good care of my elderly mom!!

I came in to get my transmission serviced And they checked all my other fluids for me which was great because it turned out that my engine oil had been bone dry and a few thousand miles past due I wouldn’t have known if they didn’t check so that was great my brake fluid was bad too so I got all of that done and they did it in a quick and professional manner great communication felt like they were trying to help me not loose a car rather then just spend money on it I will be coming back again!

My first time there I was so lost but they helped me out a bunch. It was fast and efficient. They even gave me a few locations I could get work done if they couldn't do it at that specific location. When it came to service they explained by I needed it and even showed me proof on if a certain peice was bad or not. Not to mention they were so friendly! Can't wait for my next appointment! Oh! Most of the service you drive up confirm prices and it takes 15 to 30 min! It was just so great!

Quick and easy!!!

Came in for an oil change. The employees were friendly and patient despite me being a bit ditzy today. They were able to point out my coolant needing changed which I didn’t even know about and get both that and the oil change taken care of quickly.
