Fantastic place! Extremely highly recommended.

Had the Black Lake location renew my brake and transmission fluid, and when I got home my car-illiterate self mistook a vent tube for the transmission dipstick spot and assumed maybe they'd forgotten to put it back. The manager and another employee came to my driveway in the woods to verify that indeed, I was looking at the wrong spot. They were also incredibly polite about it even though I was completely in the wrong!

Great group there, friendly quick service. No pressure on the sales, but I picked up new windshield wipers. Got a discount as well. Thanks guys!

The staff at Black Lake was courteous and efficient. They serviced our car promptly and took care of a question we had about our tire. They have been servicing our car and dealing with brakes and tire sensors for over five years. We used to go to the Toyota dealership, wait hours and paid small fortunes for their service. We now go to Black Lake Jiffy Lube for all our car needs.

I was leaving Whetstone Gym in Olympia, and I noticed my oil light was on. It was happenstance I saw the Black Lake Jiffy Lube down the street, so off I went. I haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in years, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The team working there were friendly and very professional, I was impressed and will definitely use them again. I just had an oil change this time, but they offer other services. On the funny side, the young guy collecting data about my vehicle asked what my mileage was, and I told him 81,000 miles. Later on, he and one other team member wanted to know what I did to keep my car in such great condition. I told them I didn't do anything special, and that I was normally late when it came to preventative maintenance. I couldn't figure who what was the fuss was about until I looked at my receipt when I got home, and he heard 181,000 miles, instead of 81,000. I wonder how it looks for a car with 81,000 miles? :-).

In and out in 15 for an oil change without an appointment, and they didn’t try to sell me a million things I hadn’t asked for!

Amazing experience! I was there by 8 AM and they were ready to go. Less than 15 minutes I got the oil changed, and in less than 30 I got my battery replaced. The leader of the group was able to give a discount as well! Very efficient, proper communication, and good quality services. God bless all the men out there!

These were the best. Randy was very knowledgeable and explained everything and kept me updated on the progress of my car service. I would definitely take my care for a service there again.

The team is always in a great mood and they get you in and out quickly. They double check and communicate very well so I've never been surprised with my final bill.

Honest work, honest gentlemen. Found a $20 bill in my car when they were test driving it and they brought it back to me in the lobby just to make sure. Also was a fix that wasnt fixable at the time and they gave me a great deal on diagnostic.

I went there to get my UBER car inspection done for Airport Shuttle trips. The cost was half the price if I would have done at the local car dealership. Very satisfied with customer service and service inspection performed.
