Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 5057 BETHEL RD SE, PORT ORCHARD, WA, 98367-9548

dropped by for a top-off and received the best all around inspection of my car. It really felt good dealing with service minded technicians.

The staff and management at this location are exceptional! We drove from Gig Harbor for a free brake inspection on a Saturday morning. Turns out, the rotors were bad. They performed a complete brake job service in less than 2 hours and the total cost was less than the original quote. I highly recommend this location.

Bought a used car with deformed, aftermarket lugs that the staff was able to remove and replace without me having to source a specific ratchet. Friendly and helpful staff

I came into jiffy lube for an oil change. They caught some repairs that were needed. I had them done the same day. I appreciate the care that was taken to get my car back to good working order. I go To all of the jiffy lube in kitsap county depending on where I am and what is needed. Thank you team for doing such a good job .

They were fast, super nice, had good conversation.

Quick, friendly, and professional service every time. Craig did a great job with my tires.

Making the appointment was painless and all employees I ran into answered any questions I had. They helped me find a good deal on tires and everyone was really nice. I really like going here for my car. They've always made it a nice and sometimes fun experience

Excellent service every time!

These guys and gal did great taking my bumper off. I’ll definitely be visiting in the future for further service. Totally better value than a mechanic shop. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Came in to see why the engine light was on. They got my car right in ,had an answer quickly. Needed a sensor. Which they had in stock. But what was very impressive is that Tony said if they hadn’t had one in stock. He would have gone out and got one. He is so nice ,everyone there is very friendly. I also had them do a tune up , I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost . I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks so much Tony and the rest of the crew Deb

Friendly and efficient service. In and out on time

I recently got an oil change and requested new windshield wipers. On the first day of rain in a long time I starting using my them and found that the driver's side wiper was not wiping a large swath right in my sightline. I drove over to my Jiffy Lube and explained the situation. Tony and Josh discovered that it was not the wiper itself but that the bar was bent and that a pin was malfunctioning. It was just opening time, they were short staffed and they still took the time to take the darn wiper arm apart and fix it for me. I love this Jiffy Lube! Always the best, kindest service and Tony and Josh were just the best. They went above and beyond to help me. Made my day.

They were kind and efficient. They were down two people when I went in to get an oil change but they still got me in and out in a short time.

Tony and his team absolutely saved my day. I am so grateful for their services, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to fix up my car in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!

Awesome! Thanks

The crew was extremely helpful and adamant about getting me the help I needed. They were very kind and got me helped in a timely manner!

Very courteous and professional

Been coming here for years They take good care of the cars I've brought to them quick and professional

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years. They always give me quick, Amazing service. Christian, George and Miranda are great and know what they are doing. Very friendly, very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had another great experience at the Jiffy Lube by Fred Meyer on Bethel Rd. This was my second visit with my hybrid, and once again the team took the time to teach me something new about the pros and cons of owning a hybrid. I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable they are, especially since this is my first hybrid vehicle. There were two women and one man working today, and it was genuinely refreshing to see women in these roles who clearly know their stuff. The whole crew (Tyler, Autumn, and Craig) was professional, congenial, and worked together seamlessly. They made the entire visit smooth, informative, and stress-free. I left feeling confident in the service and better informed about my car. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

This is the only place that my wife and I go !!! Great customer service!! And they will be honest about what you actually need to change filter wise and what can wait till next time. Highly recommended

Great experience-very friendly and helpful

Pleasant staff, fast and efficient oil change at a great price.

This will be the jiffy lube we come to from now on. Fast service! And a helpful and kind staff!

The employees were very kind and happy to help, especially considering the fact that car electronics are generally outside their wheelhouse. The price was great considering the complicated services requested. We needed a switch for the rear window replaced, and they offered to order it for us. One employee smoked a cigar while looking at the car, but I wasn't in it at the time, so it's a non-issue.

Best jiffy lube experience ever. Great service super friendly and quick. Will be back.

Using them for my oil changes and basic car maintenance for over 10 years always excellent work

The team at this Jiffy Lube are quick, kind, easy to talk to and doesn’t try and be pushy with added repairs.

Super friendly! Quick service. Price is a little high if you compare it to Wal-Mart's pricing but the amount of time I've wasted waiting at Wal-Mart is ridiculous. I will definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube.

Went in for an oil change, they were very accommodating, respectful and informative. Gave us the good and bad news. Told us what was recommended and also said what we could wait on. We paid 80$ more than we expected for air filters, but what I respect the most is that the CSA Anthony P. Actually showed us what the old ones looked like and made me feel better about having them done. I always worry about the upsell. He showed us it wasn’t a upsell but what was needed. 12/10 recommend this jiffy lube. The port orchard bethel jiffy lube has a quality team behind them!

Awesome people

This 5 star review is specifically for the jiffy lube by the Fred Meyer. Not all jiffy lubes are created equal. I would recommend always using this one.

Miranda is exceptional!! And the team were so great, too! Though we didn’t intend on spending that much we time there, everyone was so great to be around and my car drives better than ever! Thanks guys!
