This 5 star review is specifically for the jiffy lube by the Fred Meyer. Not all jiffy lubes are created equal. I would recommend always using this one.

Miranda is exceptional!! And the team were so great, too! Though we didn’t intend on spending that much we time there, everyone was so great to be around and my car drives better than ever! Thanks guys!

Last minute decision to get my oil changed and fluids checked. I drove right in and was out of there in less than 15 minutes. The garage manager runs this place like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!

Been getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube in Port Orchard by Fred Meyer for a few years now. They’re always professional and cordial, and even when the lines are long, they are getting cars done as quickly as possible. I feel their explanation of work needed is always fair, especially since they check manufacturers recommendations at each visit. While getting our vehicle ready for a cross-country move, they went above and beyond to check what the vehicle would need! Oil changes in my vehicle are done in 15 minutes. They got my spark plugs replaced in 30 minutes! Thanks for the friendly service!

I have never been treated so well while getting an oil change and tire rotation. The staff were professional and the service was quick. Tony the GM even walked me back to my car and opened the door for me. I didn’t realize this little gem has been hiding in Port Orchard this whole time. I will definitely be back. Great crew there!

I do NOT have a good history with Jiffy Lube. The one is Gig Harbor was the worst I've ever been to. I was in a pinch though and came to this one needing help. Let me tell you, this is a different Jiffy Lube. Professional and quick. Not too much upselling. I was so impressed. I don't know if a boss will ever read this but whoever is in charge, you are doing an amazing job. Even if you think Jiffy Lube isn't for you, this location will change your mind. I'm so happy. I called to see if they could replace an oil pan gasket on my truck, got a call back within minutes with a price, and I headed over immediately! 30 minute drive but worth every minute! Service completed and I will use them going forward!

I have always found the staff and quality of work performed at this Jiffy Lube station located at 5057 Bethel Rd. SE in Pirg Orchard, WA. to be first rate. They are excellent at diagnosing problems and service completion time is unmatched by other vehicle routine service/maintenance businesses in the area.

Craig and his team here are always so nice, professional, and quick with their services. I go out of my way every time to go to this specific station to be taken care of by them because they are wonderful! 10/10 recommend!
