I had another great experience at the Jiffy Lube by Fred Meyer on Bethel Rd. This was my second visit with my hybrid, and once again the team took the time to teach me something new about the pros and cons of owning a hybrid. I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable they are, especially since this is my first hybrid vehicle. There were two women and one man working today, and it was genuinely refreshing to see women in these roles who clearly know their stuff. The whole crew (Tyler, Autumn, and Craig) was professional, congenial, and worked together seamlessly. They made the entire visit smooth, informative, and stress-free. I left feeling confident in the service and better informed about my car. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

This is the only place that my wife and I go !!! Great customer service!! And they will be honest about what you actually need to change filter wise and what can wait till next time. Highly recommended

The employees were very kind and happy to help, especially considering the fact that car electronics are generally outside their wheelhouse. The price was great considering the complicated services requested. We needed a switch for the rear window replaced, and they offered to order it for us. One employee smoked a cigar while looking at the car, but I wasn't in it at the time, so it's a non-issue.

Beat jiffy lube experience ever. Great service super friendly and quick. Will be back.

Super friendly! Quick service. Price is a little high if you compare it to Wal-Mart's pricing but the amount of time I've wasted waiting at Wal-Mart is ridiculous. I will definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube.

Went in for an oil change, they were very accommodating, respectful and informative. Gave us the good and bad news. Told us what was recommended and also said what we could wait on. We paid 80$ more than we expected for air filters, but what I respect the most is that the CSA Anthony P. Actually showed us what the old ones looked like and made me feel better about having them done. I always worry about the upsell. He showed us it wasn’t a upsell but what was needed. 12/10 recommend this jiffy lube. The port orchard bethel jiffy lube has a quality team behind them!

This 5 star review is specifically for the jiffy lube by the Fred Meyer. Not all jiffy lubes are created equal. I would recommend always using this one.

Miranda is exceptional!! And the team were so great, too! Though we didn’t intend on spending that much we time there, everyone was so great to be around and my car drives better than ever! Thanks guys!

Been getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube in Port Orchard by Fred Meyer for a few years now. They’re always professional and cordial, and even when the lines are long, they are getting cars done as quickly as possible. I feel their explanation of work needed is always fair, especially since they check manufacturers recommendations at each visit. While getting our vehicle ready for a cross-country move, they went above and beyond to check what the vehicle would need! Oil changes in my vehicle are done in 15 minutes. They got my spark plugs replaced in 30 minutes! Thanks for the friendly service!
