All of them been working at Jiffy Lube was really nice and helpful. They explained everything step-by-step easy for me to understand. My service was pretty quick in and out and they did a great job.

Service was very quick and professional.

Great service. The guys were genuine and knowledgeable. I got my transfer case and rear differential fluid changed and was in and out in 20 minutes. The guy at the counter even helped me find a coupon when it came time to pay. I honestly would give 5 stars but the thermostat inside the waiting room was set at 53 degrees. I was going to bring my 2.5 year old and 5 month old with me today and am so glad I didn’t because of how cold it was in the office. I am interested in going here again but may chose a different company in the future since I often have my girls with me.

You have a great team at the Pullman Washington location. Even though they were insanely busy they were friendly and took time to explain everything.

So fast and really reliable. Love that they aren’t pushy or take advantage. For a single mom that’s a big plus.

I arrived and was out in about 30 mins, they even went above and beyond and vacuumed my disastrous car ( it was bad) and cleaned the windshield and fixed a problem I was having with my cars battery. Raul is the guy who helped me, and he really knows what hes doing. Plus the waiting are was amazing and even had a Keurig to make your own coffee.

Today I went to Jiffy lube, and although I was not sure what to expect after reading the comments below, I went anyway (reviews are from 4 years ago, and place is under new management). After all, when your car needs an oil change it is not an option to not have it. I was greeted right away. The gentlemen were very helpful and it was a great experience over all. The customer service was above and beyond. They clean my windows and vacuumed my car. I paid 56 dollars. I am very happy with the service and we will defiantly be coming back. Thank you.
