Mike & Bryden got my Yukon XL in at the last hour before closing! I needed somewhere to get my rig back on track before starting my nurse shifts for the week as my main commuter needed a breather. They got me in with no appointment, replaced my engine filter, did an oil system clean out since it had been sitting for so long and had sediment buildup, and even did one extra by blowing off all the excess rubbish on the truck from the elements. A1 team here!! And all done in a JIFFY??Definitely got my vote and will be bringing my baby back and recommending to others!

We pulled in to the puyallup jiffy lube location 20 minutes after closing and Mike and Stephen were kind enough to still take us in and stay late for us. They were very professional and efficient during our service today. Gestures like this are what keep people coming back!

I went in for an oil change at first, I saw two workers out front with signs saying ~15 minute service for an oil change, which I'll admit did nothing for me since I was already planning to wait for an oil change, but did give me confidence it wouldn't take forever. When I got in, the head guy at the time Michael Ramsey was very clear, quick and coherent, and told me about the cabin and engine air filters that may need changing soon, which was very handy. The other people he was working with, Brayden A. Xavier W. And Tyrone E all worked together as a crew and helped me get in and out as soon as possible. They also refilled my air which was really nice. Michael was very clear at the cost, and I had compared it to my last oil change at that location and it had remained consistent with what it had been, even though the oil change was $10 more than it had been the last time, which was 4 months ago so it made sense. All in all, they were quick, clear and helpful with any questions I had and respected my time. 5*, will come back for my next oil change. Thanks! Esteban D.

I’ve always had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team is friendly, professional, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything and always do the job right. Great service by all who changed my oil and checked my indicator light for the engine and low tire.

I had a great experience this morning. Got in and out hella quick and the tech that was interacting with me was extremely helpful and kind the whole way thru. Will be going here from now on for my oil changes.

I was too scared to drive my car into the pit area so one of the guys did it for me — haha, my husband usually does it, but he was at work. They were so sweet and fast, and I trusted the staff, which is strange cause I typically don’t. I always think I’m getting hosed or upsold to death. They showed me what was wrong and that’s it. I’ll definitely be coming back !!

Just had an amazing experience at Jiffy lube . As a newly single person , I was nervous to go get my oil change on my own. My ex husband was a mechanic . So I never had to worry about it . I just wanted to say I received the best customer service from Izzy at the Puyallup location. From our initial phone call to me showing up . Very friendly and kind.

Had a great experience today at this jiffy lube! They are friendly, knowledgeable, they even reset my maintenance light (usually I have to ask). Replaced my air filters and it was convenient even with my 2 year old in The car with me. Can’t say I’ve ever shared a joke with an oil change professional before but today me and Freddie had a laugh. Thanks again!
