I was too scared to drive my car into the pit area so one of the guys did it for me — haha, my husband usually does it, but he was at work. They were so sweet and fast, and I trusted the staff, which is strange cause I typically don’t. I always think I’m getting hosed or upsold to death. They showed me what was wrong and that’s it. I’ll definitely be coming back !!

Just had an amazing experience at Jiffy lube . As a newly single person , I was nervous to go get my oil change on my own. My ex husband was a mechanic . So I never had to worry about it . I just wanted to say I received the best customer service from Izzy at the Puyallup location. From our initial phone call to me showing up . Very friendly and kind.

Had a great experience today at this jiffy lube! They are friendly, knowledgeable, they even reset my maintenance light (usually I have to ask). Replaced my air filters and it was convenient even with my 2 year old in The car with me. Can’t say I’ve ever shared a joke with an oil change professional before but today me and Freddie had a laugh. Thanks again!

Showered up right b4 close hopin they could helo me change my hesdlight bulb out... Joe H, helped me out n may I say it was no easy task. Most difficult bulb change ever. Joe definitely went above and beyond ta helo me out n even stayed late until we figured it out and got it done.
