Great customer service and very helpful

After having been to many Jiffy Lube's, I can honestly say this has been the best one we have ever visited. Jadin A. and James T. were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly. They identified an issue with a gasket and recommend we find an independent auto repair shop to replace it. Would highly recommend.

Calm, handsome group of gentlemen who were very helpful. I had many questions and they answered all of them.

Zach always gives me amazing customer service every time I visit. He is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to help me solve my problems. He explores every possible avenue to give a proper solution to help me with my situation. The kind of person you want to always go back to help with car repairs. Thank you Zach!

Started coming here as a quick option after first moving to the area but have kept coming back ever since. The gang here always takes great care of me and are very personable. Never pushy and always patient (especially after bringing in a new vehicle and not knowing exactly how to do everything). Can’t recommend enough.

????? I had an emergency situation with my car and had to make a stop at the Jiffy Lube on Benson Road in Renton, Washington, and I’m so grateful that I did! About an hour earlier, I had accidentally put two quarts too much oil in my car, and my car started misfiring and losing pressure. I was extremely worried and didn’t know what to do. Zach and Naaman went above and beyond to help me. They drained the excess oil from my car, checked everything over, put air in my tires, and refilled my windshield washer fluid. Most importantly, they helped get my car back to running great again! Their customer service was absolutely amazing. They were professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was safe and satisfied before I left. I pulled away from there feeling relieved, grateful, and with a big smile on my face! ?? Thank you so much, Zach and Naaman, for taking such great care of me and my car when I needed help the most. And of course, thank you to Jiffy Lube on Benson Road in Renton for having employees who truly care about their customers! I truly appreciate you both! ????

Had my car's skid guard hanging and scraping the road. Took it to Jiffy at 8:05 am and they added missing screws to fix it back up and I was on my way by 8:15... Actually gets stuff done in a jiffy. And they didn't even charge me!!

Quick and friendly service. They took the time to check everything and top off my fluids. Even reset the oil mileage reminder. Even got my window wipers changed which I desperately needed.

Really nice and informative, had a wonderful experience and will be coming back
