Took my wife’s car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got amazing help from James and his other coworkers. Super great guys and made it not feel stressful when I was there. They take the time to explain everything to you and show you.

Great service, everything was explained well, services were all done very quickly, The manager even helped me find a The manager even helped me find a Discountand I got to stay in my car the whole time.

Really a nice place. My engine oil was leaking and they did a free inspection and also changed the oil and filter changed for reasonable cost. Quick and easy service. You don’t even need to get out of the vehicle. Recommended to everyone.

James helped me today he provided great customer service! I came for a oil change and it’s already stressful as a woman coming for that but they made everything smooth.

James and his team at the benson Jiffy Lube were amazing! Got my car in the bay super quick. Had an oil change, air filter replaced and cabin filter replaced which I don’t think has ever been replaced before. So I really appreciated that. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this location if you need any work done on your vehicle.

Jiffy Lube of Renton (right across the street of North Benson center) was fantastic! Jacob, an employee, was especially kind and helpful, explained things fully, and took care of my car! The engine oil change was super quick, staff was friendly, and I will definitely go back to Jiffy Lube of Renton.

I came in for an oil Change today. I was highly pleased with the service I received today. I was checked in by a man named Calvin. He explained that I needed to replace my filter and do a flush an treatment. My car is running great after my service today and I would highly recommend this place.

THE BIG 3 Riley, Ronnie, and Tony. You want fast, hospitable service these your guys. Great customer service ?? will not give you more then what's needed and future advice to keep you car going. I appreciate these men for making me feel wanted comfortable and taking care of my car all in 15 minutes McDonald's can't even top that lol.

It took about 8mins to get an oil change payed 120 but unfortunately that’s normal these days.

I just left this location 20 minutes ago after getting a top off on my Cadillac Escalade. The crew that just helped me were so down to earth I wanted to make sure I left them a review. The guys were so relaxed and easy going. They took their time to give me superb costumer service. I appreciate them always taking their time on my cars to make sure they didn't miss anything.
