We had a special issue with our vehicle and James was absolutely amazing. He went beyond the service we requested and helped us understand our car a little better. He even recommended a future service we needed and explained why as well as a good time frame for having it done. We will keep using this location specifically for all our auto needs. Finding a mechanic you trust is a good value.

James and Anna were absolutely helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and a wonderful experience overall. Will definitely be back!

Anna and James were extremely efficient, professional and informative! We got our oil changed as well as some new wipers. They let us know of some changes we will need soon, and it did not feel like they were pushing for sales, just very genuine. Thank you all! We will be back.

I was helped my Ana and James 10 Gold stars to them. They helped me get my oil changed and answered all of my questions with the ease. I’ve been on here for a while and never had any problems.

Anna was great and amazingly patient explaining things to me. The entire team went above and Beyond. Many technicians were helping out, not just one. They even ran next-door to O’Reillys to get the Air filter that I needed that they did not have in stock. They took care of all of the things that I knew I needed plus One That I didn’t know I needed. And then the optional but unnecessary manufacturer recommendation stuff they mentioned, but We’re not pushy about selling the service. Everyone seemed to like their job and care about my car. Friendly, good service, and no more expensive than anywhere else.

Great spot to get your oil changed and head light bulbs replaced. My company truck needed a light replaced that was very difficult and Jacob got it done! Very friendly crew. Jiffy Lube make sure you take care of this crew. Jacob is a rock star!!

James had amazing customer service and was an excellent communicator about the process and costs. Got my oil changed, tires rotated, and engine filter replaced in less than 30 mins. 10 out of 10!

Took my wife’s car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got amazing help from James and his other coworkers. Super great guys and made it not feel stressful when I was there. They take the time to explain everything to you and show you.

Really a nice place. My engine oil was leaking and they did a free inspection and also changed the oil and filter changed for reasonable cost. Quick and easy service. You don’t even need to get out of the vehicle. Recommended to everyone.

James helped me today he provided great customer service! I came for a oil change and it’s already stressful as a woman coming for that but they made everything smooth.

James and his team at the benson Jiffy Lube were amazing! Got my car in the bay super quick. Had an oil change, air filter replaced and cabin filter replaced which I don’t think has ever been replaced before. So I really appreciated that. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this location if you need any work done on your vehicle.
