Always fast service and nice people working

Oil changes are always fast and easy at this location. Never have to wait, in an out in less than 15 minutes, and the staff are friendly and sociable.

Excellent staff, just let them know what you want done.

I want to thank your service guys at this station, this is the only store I go to for my oil changes. It will also be the one I come to for oil checks. I came here today after going to Jiffy Lube on West Canal, who would not top off my oil after checking that it was low. I was under my next service mileage by over 2,000 miles. I pulled in here and your guys were fast, knowledgeable and efficient and I am thankful for that service.

The kids here at jiffy lube did an excellent job getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner.

"Great Experience!" It’s been many years since I have used these services. It’s been Walmart and now I can’t get in when I drive up. I tried three times over the past three weekly and all three times they said I had to come at 7AM or go online and schedule an appointment. I have never had an appointment and have always been able to get in for an oil change for over 15 years. But not anymore.. Today I went to Jiffy Lube and it’s been a long time! I pulled up and was invited to drive In. I was also greeted within 30 seconds of it took that long. I pulled in and received great service. I received great communication from the moment I arrived. They even call out to each other for accountability on torque pressure, they helped each other and even has the air filter I needed delivered in 10 minutes. I even sat in my SUV and caught up on emails and other iPhone things as they worked on my vehicle. My final thoughts: I will not go back to Walmart! All three of our vehicles will now be going to this location in Richland WA from now on! Thanks Jiffy guys I had a great experience, was impressed with your teamwork and mutual accountability as three of you touched my vehicle. My only challenge is how much oil changes cost these days but I will smile and keep a good attitude! I drive a high mileage Kia and asked for some extra TLC today to keep it running. My hope is when you drive up you will receive the same amazing experience that I had today. I asked permission from the leader to take these photos!
