Great service

I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube?? for years, and today’s service was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Eduardo and Kyle took great care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee and went above and beyond. They handled my oil change quickly, replaced my wipers, topped off my tires, and made sure everything was running smoothly before I left. Both of them were professional, efficient, and really showed pride in their work. It’s not always easy to find consistent, reliable service, but this location continues to deliver every time. I definitely appreciate the attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend—ask for Eduardo and Kyle if you want top-notch service.

Great local oil change

"Great Experience!" It’s been many years since I have used these services. It’s been Walmart and now I can’t get in when I drive up. I tried three times over the past three weekly and all three times they said I had to come at 7AM or go online and schedule an appointment. I have never had an appointment and have always been able to get in for an oil change for over 15 years. But not anymore.. Today I went to Jiffy Lube and it’s been a long time! I pulled up and was invited to drive In. I was also greeted within 30 seconds of it took that long. I pulled in and received great service. I received great communication from the moment I arrived. They even call out to each other for accountability on torque pressure, they helped each other and even has the air filter I needed delivered in 10 minutes. I even sat in my SUV and caught up on emails and other iPhone things as they worked on my vehicle. My final thoughts: I will not go back to Walmart! All three of our vehicles will now be going to this location in Richland WA from now on! Thanks Jiffy guys I had a great experience, was impressed with your teamwork and mutual accountability as three of you touched my vehicle. My only challenge is how much oil changes cost these days but I will smile and keep a good attitude! I drive a high mileage Kia and asked for some extra TLC today to keep it running. My hope is when you drive up you will receive the same amazing experience that I had today. I asked permission from the leader to take these photos!

These guys were awesome, they had me park, sit down in the waiting room and then they took care of everything for me. Showed me what they recommended to change and what I might need soon and what I didn’t need to bother with saving me an extra $150. Didn’t take long at all and I was chilling the whole time, 5 stars

I had a oil change on my 1997 Acura CL 3.0 coupe and they techs were: Courteous, Kind, Helpful, Professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this store for an oil change.

Always a good expirience when I come here. Quick and easy with no wait time the last four times I've went there. Knowledgeable employees in case you have any questions regarding your vehicle. Strongly recommend this place if you don't like waiting all day at a dealers lobby.
