It was a good experience. It was quick and friendly and most importantly the service techs asked but didn't overly push any products I didn't want.

I’m one of those women whose husbands take care of all things car related so I was really nervous to come get an oil change by myself, but the staff here made everything so easy and took care of me and I really appreciate them for that.

Just had my oil change done here and it was super fast and everyone was really friendly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were out of the full synthetic oil I usually get. Other than that, great service and an easy experience all around!

I love getting my oil change at jiffy lube. They always take care for my vehicle. The richland location on Williams is my favorite. If I have any questions, concerns they make sure their customers are taken care of with no hesitation. I rate them 5 stars ??

Jiffy lube located in Richland Washington always gives me good service. It doesn't matter if it's and oil change or I just need my tires filled. They are always friendly and professional.
