Molly and Victor were a huge help stayed passed close to help me with my truck and double checked everything for me. 10/10 highly recommend

Really great service, very affordable and fast! Even changed my air filters I brought for me. Great tire rotation.

Martin is always so great & professional! Will continue to come to this location.

great service

I always choose jiffy lube, this location specifically. Victor and the crew always go above and beyond. I challenge you to find better service! I didn’t ask him to check the cabin air filter, but he did, and look what he found! I’ll be right back with my truck. Thanks again guys.

Thanks for the quick assist and answers to my car questions

I love the Jiffy Lube on Williams in Richland. The staff is super professional and friendly. They are quick (there has never been a line when I’ve been). The price is reasonable and they always have a $10 coupon on their website.

Very nice and got done pretty quick

Matthew and Victor were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond during my oil change. They were both incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, give me advice, guide me in the right direction, and even connect me with helpful resources. I truly appreciated how caring and professional they were throughout my visit. I would 10/10 recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone. If you are fortunate enough to have Matthew or Victor helping you, you can feel confident that you are in very good hands. Thank you both for such an outstanding experience!

Stopped in to top off my oil today because my low engine oil light came on. I was well over the allowed milage for a top off since my last oil change. I informed Victor that I don’t get paid until Friday so I’d instead go buy a quart of oil until I could come back on Friday. Victor instead offered to pay for my oil change to pay it forward and, additionally, cleaned my heavily corroded battery and added protectant. While my service today was awesome and truly unexpected, I have always had excellent service from the Jiffy Lube on Williams in Richland. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an oil change or vehicle service! Thank you Victor!

We love going here to get our oil change and tire rotated every few months. They have been amazing and very kind. They check for things we didn't know we need when we come in as well. Overall, such a wonderful experience!

We always appreciate the thorough, wonderful service we receive whenever we bring our cars to JL. The employees are always kind and explain what they're doing.

Always fast service and nice people working

Oil changes are always fast and easy at this location. Never have to wait, in an out in less than 15 minutes, and the staff are friendly and sociable.

Excellent staff, just let them know what you want done.

They reviewed everything about my truck. They were very friendly and quick. I've been to a couple of jiffy lubes in Tri Cities. Highly recommend this one!

Pulled up to a few people in line. Barely waited like 5 min before pulling into a bay. They got us in and out in 20 min. Coupon online. Nice fellas. Talked a few min and we’re were out. Thanks guys!! We’ll be back in 3k miles!

I love going here, great people friendly as well as interactive and professional. I will always take my vehicles here company and personal vehicles!!

I want to thank your service guys at this station, this is the only store I go to for my oil changes. It will also be the one I come to for oil checks. I came here today after going to Jiffy Lube on West Canal, who would not top off my oil after checking that it was low. I was under my next service mileage by over 2,000 miles. I pulled in here and your guys were fast, knowledgeable and efficient and I am thankful for that service.

The kids here at jiffy lube did an excellent job getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner.

Sweet kids, incredibly fast, didn't try to upsell unnecessarily

I went in for tire rotation, and was out in less than 15 minutes!!

Very happy with services!!!
