I went in today thinking I needed an oil change, and the person who greeted me at my car was very honest, professional, and saved me a lot of money by explaining to me why it wasn’t necessary at this time. Not all jiffy lubes are the same! This is a good one with honest staff who don’t pressure you or make you feel like you’re getting ripped off. Thank you!

Quick and friendly service for routine oil change.

Very quick service. Jiffy crew members worked as a team. I drive a fleet vehicle with a lot of windshield time and the ability to just pull in and less than 10min later pull back out was awesome. Very professional crew as well.

Came in 20mins to close and the two gentlemen helping me (evening of Mon. 2/23) were awesome! Got an oil change and coolant as well. Had a lightbulb I couldn’t access to replace on my Subaru (via the wheel well) and they said they could replace with the bulb I brought. Came to find out there’s no bracket to hold it in place and advised me from there. Top notch quick service, price was fair to market value and will for sure return in the future!! Thank you!!

Big thanks to Andrew and Tyler for helping out today! I came in to check the air pressure of my tires and thought I might need to get an oil change. Andrew was really honest and helpful in confirming that I didn’t quite yet need an oil change. Rather than upselling me or taking advantage of someone with less car experience I feel like I can always trust the team here. In turn, this makes me more likely to continue bringing my car here for service.

I had been putting off getting my oil changed for a long time, and realized this place was close. I'd say it couldn't be more convenient, just drove right up, no call or appointment needed. You can sit right in your car while they do the service. Took about 15 minutes overall and I think they could have even shaved a few minutes off. There appeared to be a lot going on between all the cars being serviced, and the person who was working on my car was having a conversation with another employee who was heading out when it didnt appear to have anything going on with my car so I felt like I was just sitting there for a few minutes (the oil was done draining by that point) but that's ok cus I'm happy overall. I asked for air in my tires be cause my tire pressure light was on. I had a flat the next day... so I'm not sure if that's something they could have caught or not. But I doubt it. I will say, they did forget to give me the sticker that says when your next oil change is, and when I asked the guy wrote it out in super large and messy handwriting so now that's on my windshield that I have to look at every day, but that's also ok haha. Like I said, good experience overall, I'm just being nitpicky for the sake of being fully transparent and thorough. I wish the rating system was different. For convenience alone I'd give 5 stars.

The moment I pulled up Abey greeted me and was so welcoming. I explained to her I was in a pickle with my windshield wipers. Abey and Kobe came to my rescue and was so nice about it! They were so professional and willing to help install my windshield wipers for me. I am fairly new to Seattle so I did not have anyone to help me. This really saved me since there was a rain storm coming and I don't know what I would have done without them. Give them a raise! They are awesome!!! I was so impressed.

Today I got some swiped while riding my moped. The accident broke both my side view mirrors. I stopped at the jiffy lube to fix my mirrors so I could get home safely. They were helpful and kind. thank you
