I was stranded in this parking lot with a dead car battery, a toddler, and a roasting hot car. In a panic, I ran over to Jiffy Lube asking if anyone could help me jumpstart my car. I didn’t have cables let alone had no idea how to even jumpstart a car. The staff at Jiffy Lube were welcoming, proactive, and informative, especially Erik H(amilton?). Erik was so unbelievably friendly and addressed my dead battery immediately! He brought over a self-starter jumper box with cables and taught me every step for how to jumpstart the car. He did it in a matter of minutes! I was on the road again in no time. I was so grateful, I wanted to pay him or do something to show my great appreciation for him helping me in such a prompt, professional, friendly, educational way. He wouldn’t accept anything. Erik H is so amazing!!! His professional service was outstanding. I sincerely hope he’s appreciated and awarded by Jiffy Lube for being such an exceptional employee.

It’s been a while since my last oil change, and this facility did not make me feel ashamed of that. After a very short wait they provided excellent service, recommended (with kindness) that I get my car serviced *slightly* more often, and sent me on my way. I recommend this facility for anyone in the area.
