Smooth oil change - super friendly, Kayla was great!

I stopped by in the morning to get oil change and asked how much the price was before doing it to make sure. Everyone there was transparent, kind and polite, not try to sell me additional items. One of the guy also help top up my coolant and notified me that my battery needs to be placed more securely. Thank you!

Stopped in for an oil change and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The crew was friendly, explained what they were doing, and didn't push a bunch of extras on me. Pricing was fair and matched what they quoted up front. Great service, and I'll be back for my next change.

Eric was really friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They got the work done quickly. I will be coming back for my next oil change.

This morning, I had a screw come out of my underbody splash shield and the shield was dragging. I was curious if that was something that Jiffy Lube can do for me and turns out they could! Erik and the mechanic that was working on it on Bay 1 at 830am were attentive and very respectful! Highly recommend for the smaller needs of your car. I was grateful for them this morning as I was worried it would get worse. The wait wasn't too long in total was about 15 mins. The earlier the better.

I often come to this North Seattle location! The employees are always super helpful and this is the only location they make sure to check all my lights and turn signals! Joe is super helpful and makes sure to confirm everything before doing so, you always know what’s being done and why to your car!

Kayla is one of the reasons Jiffy Lube is great!!! We are visiting from Virginia and needed an oil change. Where, when, who is good? I pulled in and was in a huge line.
