Ted is one of the most helpful people in this location! I was able to get in and get out very quickly. I had my left tail light broken and they didn’t have any, they recommended I go to O’Reilly and get the parts. I came back 10 minutes later and they installed it for me for free! Awesome group of people working here and I will come back again to get oil change done.

I had a smooth experience getting new tires after getting a flat tire that couldn’t be patched. They ordered new tires for me and installed them the next day. I really appreciated the quick turn around time! Friendly, respectful team. Everyone was great!

I came in for a routine oil change and discovered my car needed some extra work done. The guys at jiffy lube were kind, patient, and had a great sense of humor. They explained everything and why I needed it and were honest about not pushing things I didn’t need. They let me stay in my car as they worked and actively engaged with me and were super cool! Really grateful for their service!

These guys are the best! I’ve always had excellent service at this location, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve helped diagnose and sort out any number of issues for me over the years outside of routine oil changes. Most recently, they really went above and beyond when they noticed I wasn’t doing well, and one of their staff actually drove me to the ER. I’m incredibly grateful. Rolled in because I could not for the life of me get the oil filter housing off. Talked to Keegan and he was extremely helpful. Showed me their part, which was 100% better than the Amazon crap I bought. Keegan fixed it up and slotted the filter in like a real homie. Shout out to the friendliest and most helpful lube crew in Seattle. Appreciate it, gents.
