One of the few Jiffy lube locations I’ve been where they haven’t messed something up. -1 star because they tried to get me to change my cabin air filter and I had just replaced it myself 2-3 months prior (skip the $50 service, trust me, it’s a $10 filter at auto-zone and a plastic switch behind your glovebox). Other than that, quick, competent service! Paid $110 for full synthetic with $10 coupon.

Experience was wonderful from the phone call on a Saturday morning; most garages are not open. I was frustrated. I needed to tune up, and all oil exchange from the moment that I called to the time that I dropped the car off to the time that the car was being serviced, the experience was wonderful.

ULY and his team who did the service for my car on 6/7 were amazing! ULY was knowledgeable and incredibly genuine. 10/10 service!

Ulysses and the whole team were so friendly and helpful. I went for an oil change and they checked everything it needed to be checked and without any pressure, told me about what needed to be done. I came in with a horribly stripped drain plug from a previous service at another shop and was initially told taking it off would likely damage my oil pan. However Alex, Elliott, and Bryan miraculously managed to get it off and finish up the service. I am so grateful for them! Thank you so much for your hard work.

As a student driver, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. They explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand, without making me feel inexperienced or pressured. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. I really appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what was being done to my car. There was no unnecessary upselling—just honest recommendations and great customer care. Overall, it was such a smooth and positive experience. I had such an incredible experience with this location!! They did a quick oil change and transmission flush, replaced a brake light, topped off my tires, were happy to remove a damaged mudflap that was scraping my tire, and took the extra initiative to vacuum my floor mats and check for any additional issues. The team that helped me was Tseo, Uly, Elliot, two Alexs, and Alonzo. Every one of them was exceptionally kind, fast, transparent, and helpful. I would trust this team with my car any day, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely stellar service! I was completely overdue for my oil change like mooonths (I'm just a girl) but the team at this location is so polite and professional, didn't make me feel dumb or anything, treated me with kindness and care!! I was in and out in like 20 mins! Barely a wait and super quick and attentive for Friday morning service ! Definitely coming back!

The customer service was top of the line. By far the most dedicated and professional staff I encountered at jiffy lube, this one visit definitely changed my perspective of jiffy lube. I will definitely comeback to this location. Ulysses appears to be the manager, he carries himself as leader just by looking at them, and he seems to care for the team. 100% professional, above and beyond.

Really smooth and efficient oil change experience! I didn’t have to wait at all (8am on Wednesday), it felt like the work was being done by people who care about the service they’re providing. Appreciate that they also cleaned my windshield and topped up my tires. Loved the discount for nurses too

I always have fantastic service at Jiffy Lube, first time at this location and will be my new go-to. There was no wait at 9am, quick, friendly service, took a huge stress of my mind (oil change, wiper change, and the basic checks) I’ve been to other 15-min service places that take ages!! I was prepared to settle in and work in the little lounge and it was honestly all completed before I sent a second email - WOW. Super impressed and won’t be wasting my time anywhere else!

I had my tires rotated at this Jiffy Lube a few Fridays ago, soon after opening. Elliot was courteous, professional, and fast, and he even caught a brake light that needed replacing while I was preparing to leave, and happened to have a spare which he installed. Great experience, will come back!

thanks joseph and henry! a couple cars before me but they got me in for a service with a few minutes, were really communicative about timing and anything else i needed, and were super helpful. would definitely recommend. anything extra (coolant, wipers) was very clear with price and the reason it was needed and i didn’t feel pressured to get more services i didn’t want. i feel comfortable coming here

Car service techs were so friendly and helpful. Explained information thoroughly. I appreciated their dedication to customer service. I went around 3:30pm on a Thursday. The line to get into the service bay was an hour.
