Went to Jiffy Lube Oil Change West Seattle for the first time. I was searching up a nearby oil changes and I was like ok Jiffy Lube…. I see you! You are close by to me lmao!!! The oil change service was perfect ????!!! The mechanic team were super friendly and super helpful! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it ??!!! DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR REAL AND GONNA TELL MY FAMILY/FRIENDS TO SUPPORT THIS WONDERFUL BUSINESS!!!

Got oil change and engine flush. Service was good, staff was great and easy to work with. But the guy who was mainly helping me, was a little forgetful. Had to remind him about things several times. Like the fact that I was also getting an engine flush and getting a quote for another service to be done, had to remind him 3+ times on separate occasions during my visit. So, just be mindful of that.

I once went here about 20 years ago and the service was okay. But since my long-time place of oil changes in the past decade went out of business, Pep Boys a few blocks away from this JL location, I've started going back here. And the service is now fantastic. I'll keep coming here from now on.

Justin, the manager at Jiffy Lube in West Seattle, is absolutely amazing. I’ve always trusted Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, and during one of my last two visits to the Covington location, they ended up breaking my oil pan. When I raised the issue, they argued with me about covering the cost of the replacement. Although the problem happened at a different location, Justin handled the situation completely differently. He and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. They replaced the damaged part with one that’s less likely to break during future oil changes—completely free of charge—and even provided a complimentary oil change to make up for my previous experience. I will absolutely make it a priority to return to Justin and his team for all my future oil changes. Phenomenal customer service and outstanding professionalism.

Always great service, quick easy without the hard upsells

Had a great oil change experience here. The employees made preventative recommendations on top of the oil change, and explained why they would be beneficial but didn't make me feel pressured to make any purchases. Service was quick, and I would highly recommend this location for any service needs.

I came in for a quick oil change, and the staff were efficient and friendly. They changed the oil and did a quick check of the other parts of the engine. They also did a light check. I'd go back here again next time I need an oil change.

Follow up March 2026: Today I was helped by Saela and Chris for an oil change. They were fast, professional, and super helpful! Thanks! Super helpful and fast service! I came in just a little before closing and was in desperate need of an oil change. My car is getting older and I've had a growing list of issues that I've been needing to get checked out. The guys in the shop took the time to answer my questions and also gave me some great pointers about what might be wrong with my car. This was really helpful and I appreciated that they addressed my concerns! Thanks guys.
