Presented $10 coupon at check-in, but it did not show up in the final invoice. Kind of annoyed about the oil system cleaner up sale - an oil change without it was not presented. Staff was pleasant though.

Always friendly, always willing to work with me and are upfront about their pricing and recommendations. They never try to oversell their services to me because I'm a female, and they answer my questions honestly.

What you'd expect of a jiffy lube. Quick enough if there isnt a line. Oil change and diagnostic checks. Guys are straightforward and nice for people who work with cars.

The two people who helped me were really awesome, helpful, and so kind!! My first experience getting an oil change and they made it very easy, and didnt make me feel bad for not knowing things!

I visited this location for a CVT transmission fluid fill plug change and a serpentine belt replacement on my vehicle. The staff proactively contacted both the car dealer and a local auto part shop to ensure the correct parts were ordered and available. Justin and Jared were particularly helpful and went above and beyond to assist. I really appreciate the customer service. Highly recommended this location. 10/10!!!

I took my car in because the previous mechanic I went to (not Jiffy Lube) did not properly fasten my car’s skid plate. The staff here was able to fix the errors left by the last mechanic within minutes, and they sent me on my way. This was also on a Sunday too, where other auto shops were closed. I appreciate the convenience and the service provided here!

Chris and Donald were very helpful. Were informative and had reccomendations on work for my car, but not pushy. They always do a great job at this location.

Heads up: I was just given the option of either a $166 (with tax) basic oil change or an even more expensive mid range one - and sat easily an hour and a half for two cars ahead before they could start on mine. I chose the $166 option. While I waited I overheard the manager explaining how to provide better service by recommending to every customer to purchase a certain type of part because it would be better than likely what they had. Also be prepared to give them your key. Apparently in my thinking this must be because they've had some theft issues, but that's just my guess. Nice guys work there. They checked the fluid in the spray wash basin and cleaned the windshield so were awesome. But a great business.

SUCH GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Affordable and great customer service. So glad I found this place. Ulysses explained everything they were going to do, and the extra parts of my car they were going to check. He assured my that he would explain to me the findings and explain the costs if need be. As a woman who has been charged $300 at different places for a basic oil change (yes they “found” other things that needed to be fixed and did it without my permission) this made me so happy. They’re very careful, professional, timely, and do a great job. I’ll be back! Thanks again
