Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 13015 LAKE CITY WAY NE, SEATTLE, WA, 98125-4428

The team at this location rocks! They diagnosed a complicated issue with my Prius after months of issues, and went out of their way to make sure that parts were ordered and repairs were completed before an urgent trip I had to take. Everyone was professional, straightforward, and compassionate (especially when I was feeling overwhelmed by the cost of everything). I've been loyal to this location for a while now, and my recent experience really demonstrates why I keep coming back. Thanks to everyone on the team who helped me, especially Jackson, Uly, William, and Timo!

Jackson was super good to identify the problem with the car and promptly took the right actions fixing it. Reliable and professional team.

Best service

Quick service, great communication, everyone at this location was very kind and flexible with helping me out and letting me know what needed to be done, thanks for the help Jackson!

Great experience. Highly recommended!

Great crew here lead by Timo

Timo and his crew were awesome! Was in and out in 15 mins and they made sure I knew everything that was available to me. Thanks ??

Great service

uly was seriously the best! so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. he made the whole experience so easy and genuinely made my day. 10/10 service, i’ll definitely be back :)

Fantastic staff, all really cool dudes. Great service and made me comfortable to talk with em the whole time.

I gave it four stars bc they did do what I needed to be done quickly and the people changing the oils and whatnot did a fine job however the person who checks you in wasn’t as friendly or didn’t know how to provide great customer service he was quite rude to me at one point when I went to ask question. I went here because it was convenient and super close to my house which I appreciated. They were slam busy so there was no a need to rush me through questions and whatnot like the person did checking me In
