Steph and Darwyn are awesome ??. They have a great communication with each other and the customers. This is the best jiffy lube in western Washington. She actually told me about the student discount for oil changes and the free fell off with your oil gets half low. Best jiffy lube out of Been to in my life. I would suggest everyone come to this jiffy lube if they want their car done right and professional. Thanks Steph and Darwyn!!!!

Love this place. Eveery time i go in, they make sure I'm getting everything i need, as quickly as possible. Went in too early for my next change, and they didn't take advantage (like some certainly do), but made sure I had the oil and coolant i need for now, and sent me on my way for another 700 miles. I also like the feel of teamwork among the workers - makes me feel like I can trust them to all be on my side.

I had a great experience getting my oil change at this jiffy lube location! All staff were super nice and helpful. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing and the different type of oils for my car. I also got my cabin air filter changed, a bit pricey but worth it! It was super fast with no appointment. I highly recommend this jiffy lube location!

I drove out of this Jiffy Lube a new woman. I arrived with hardly any oil left in my engine. I could feel my car crying out to me for weeks (possibly months) and I could not for the life of me make the time to go get my oil changed because I’m just a girl with a truck who puts important car related tasks off till I can practically taste the catastrophe threatening to ruin my life. Anyways, all that has changed now because Danny - the adorable, extremely knowledgeable female technician who works at this location, has inspired me to be better. She was incredible. Think Marissa Tomé in My Cousin Vinnie, ala engine maintenance. I’ve already signed up for an auto mechanic certification course. I can’t live in the dark anymore. Josh was great. He immediately caught on that I am Type C, and he took my trash before I could throw it on the floor of my truck. I MEAN COME ON what a frigginnnn gentleman. They were quick, SO KIND, not at all judgmental, absolutely excellent. They really knew their stuff. I’m never going anywhere else but here.

Josh and the entire crew at this Jiffy Lube are fantastic! You can pull up with or without a scheduled appointment and they give 1000% great service. New bundled services were explained and the cost savings for maintaining my 20 year old hybrid SUV is still very very reasonable. This is my go-to and HIGHLY recommend!
