Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 20309 BALLINGER WAY NE, SEATTLE, WA, 98155-1145

Fast service and very helpful team.

Super quick and helpful service. The technicians spoke to me very kindly when explaining the process to me. Great experience!

Always easy and fast.

Rápido pero me pareció un poco caro, pero recomendable

Mike and Danniella took care of my care as quick and efficiently as possible while short-staffed. Very friendly crew, look forward to seeing them again!

I'm impressed: Jared was very professional, knowledgeable, helped to understand, and very thorough to check everything; I stopped going to Jiffy because prior workers didn't care & gave terrible service, & just wanted to look at their phones. But today, it was nice that real Professional MEN such Jared and the manager, changed my perception of Jiffy lube on Ballinger Way in Shoreline, WA. Thank you for true professional service.

Friendly staff

Had a great experience here today. Sheldon and Henry did well by me, letting me know I could go little longer for an oil change given the engine oil was in good condition. They checked up on a few items no charge, and I was on my way. I'll be returning to this shop for sure.

Stellar experience. Fast service, attention to detail. Will be back.

They made everything really clear and I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything besides what I came in for. Would come back!

They’re so friendly, nice service and efficient at their job

I stopped in for a service before a road trip. Mike and Jared were super friendly and efficient checking all of the systems and kindly explaining all of the options without any sales pressure or upselling unnecessarily. Very happy with this pre-trip check up and oil change. Definitely recommend this location for any of your service needs!

Great service! Thanks!

Was a nice wholesome experience

Henry, Shaun and Dread did a great job, very friendly and professional and explained everything they were doing clearly

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. In a world where customer service is lacking this location definitely went above and beyond. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but Jared was my main guy and he rocked!

Friendly and knowledgeable

Overall experience, professionalism, Time doing the actual maintenance was great. I’ve personally never had a problem with Jiffy Lube especially this location. I will always come back to this one.
