Dylan and his team were instrumental in helping me with my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and were very knowledgeable in their trade. Give those guys a raise because they absolutely deserve it.

Great location!

As a young female going to any auto repair place is intimidating. At this location I didn't feel that at all and in fact, felt quite welcomed and respected. I enjoy learning about cars, so I performed my own oil change but suddenly had issues a month later. I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and explained the situation. While it was busy with a little bit of a wait, Carlos and Michael gave me frequent updates and were able to very quickly and efficiently identify and fix the issue. Robert did an excellent job and the service portion took only 15 minutes! I am so so pleased with the service that despite living in North Seattle, it is worth the drive down to Tukwila for this JL. Thank you!!

Everyone has always been so kind to me whenever I come in for an oil change. I live in Tacoma but I always make my way down here at this location. The service is fast and they always give me a heads up if my car needs additional service. In and to that they always answer all my questions and they take the time to inspect my car thoroughly!!! I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube. They took great care of my husband’s oil change and went above and beyond by giving us a detailed list of other things that needed attention on the car — even things they couldn’t fix at their shop. They explained everything clearly, included estimated costs, and made it easy to understand what should be prioritized. On top of that, the employee helping us had incredibly neat handwriting, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more professional and thoughtful. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on. You really can’t beat service like that!

Friendly service, quick, and they didnt try and sell me things I dont need like they do at the dealership. Made good recommendations based in my driving and current mileage, I will definitely be coming back.

Today's visit is an example of what a normal Jiffy Lube experience should be like, I pulled up and I was immediately addressed and then pulled into a bay with limited to no waiting. Provided a clear communication of what services we were looking for today and was very thorough in the inspection of my vehicle; including light checks, tire pressure checks and topping off my windshield wiper. Total experience was 15 minutes to get my oil change and windshield wipers replaced Very happy with the service I was provided and the customer service they presented. I would suggest stopping by this location if you have some time

I came in and Dylan took care of me immediately. I really appreciated that he was fully transparent about everything they were doing to my car. I was really impressed that every single time he explained something they were doing, the team members had basically already finished the service in that time. Pat is hilarious and runs a really fun and efficient crew. I recommend stopping by this location for amazing transparency, a fast service and a great conversation!
