Quick friendly.

great service and for being busy always polite

I have a Jiffy Lube location much closer to where I live, but I always choose to come to the Snohomish location instead. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. The great service and positive experience are worth the extra drive.

Very friendly, professional, conversational. The service only took so long because of our fleet process for approval other wise I'd say it only took about 10 minutes overall.

They helped me a lot they are amazing assistant manager Brady was absolutely phenomenal I had trouble reading my dip stick for my suv and was not sure if I needed it topped off or if it was good enough but I guess I did not have any oil in it and he fixed the problem right away thank you guys

Oil filter was falling apart and the staff cleaned out the pieces which took an extra 20 mins. All 3 staff I spoke with were great!
