Great experience for my first oil change in Washington! Moved to Seattle from Nashville and always love finding a suburban/more local feel when my BMW gets serviced, just to make sure she gets the love and care she deserves! The team was very kind and knowledgeable, and informed me that there was going to be a little bit of a wait due to them needing to get an O'Reillys employee over to bring them the filter that they needed to get the job done- I thought it was great that they were patient to wait on me rather than turning me away and I could tell that they are experts on what they do! Very affordable pricing- $130 for my 2020 x3 which is how I like it! Thank you Snoqualmie Jiffy Lube! I'll be back!

Had oil change done at jiffy lube on Harrison Ave in olypmia and they did not add coolant that I paid for. I drove 2 hours to pick up my kid and half way to carnation my van started to over heat. I went to this jiffy lube to see if my coolant was added and it wasnt. However the guys at this jiffy lube are AMAZING !!!!! they fixed the problem for me. I hope your managers are proud of you guys because you rock! If i lived closer you guys would be my go to. Thank you again.

Crew was great. Got me in and out in a jiffy and even replace my drain plug cover that had previously lost a screw.

Took care of my 25yr old rig with over 285,000 miles. They are polite and respectful too. Nice to see and experience. Keep it up!
