The employees are always so friendly and communicative about any issues with your car. They work very quickly and get you in and out fast. I've always gone to the Spanaway location and will continue too!

I have been taking my cars to Jiffy Lube for the last 14 years always exc lent job , great customer care. This location in Spanaway is full service location, i had my vehicle towed in they took care of me and didn’t charge me for the oil change. This is why i will always bring my vehicles here and if anyone asks when you want oil change done right come to Jiffy lube , the other stick to what you do tires ??

Customer service was A+ my flash repair was done properly! Spoke with another customer at length while there. He said he's been coming here since early 2000's i believe. He spoke very highly of the employees and the way they truly care about his vintage car. As for my experience, i saw the same values in them. Very friendly and knowledge. Will use their services once again!

Dave replaced our valve stem for free! He even hunted us down inside of Walmart to ask us a question vital to our total charge outcome! And then, we were charged nothing. So impressed with our experience. Give this guy a raise!

Quick and professional service. We were literally on our way out of town and my low oil pressure warning came on. I pulled into this Jiffy Lube and they we done within about 15 minutes! My kids and I walked next door to Burger King to eat lunch and by the time we got back they were already done. Very pleased. ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
