Alexander and the crew were absolutely fabulous. As a newcomer to the area, I was quite pleased to know that I could trust the safety and needs of my car to the crew here at the Jiffy Lube. As a single woman who travels by car, I have to say I’ve been quite pleased with the Jiffy Lube’s. I’ve encountered up and down the West Coast. The Spokane Valley shop is quite impressive and keeps my faith going in the Jiffy Lube services. I came for a tire and brake check as well as balancing and alignment. I am quite pleased with the service as well as the information they offered me on the state of my vehicle that I depend on daily. Thank you all.

Always a great experience at the Jiffy Lube Veradale location! Riley, Zack & Vitally were all so helpful when assisting both my boyfriend & I when we took our cars in. While my boyfriend dropped his car off to get serviced, they were able to squeeze me in for a quick oil change right before they were meant to close up. I also brought up some other car concerns & they gave me the information on getting more work done. Jiffy Lube & their hard workers get things done efficiently to get us back on the road, but also provide great customer service & conversation! We will definitely keep coming back to this location for our car needs!

Had our transmission fluid changed. I had to wait quite a while for the car in front of me to finish. The worker there kept checking in on me and apologized for the delay. When all was said and done, he offered a discount for the wait. I’ve been going here for many years and they always give great service.

Great experience

This Jiffy Lube is my absolute favorite place to go for my car services. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and every single time I have come in, they go above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of. I visited Wednesday night around 5:15pm, and the two gentlemen working were incredibly thorough in their inspection of my car. Not only that, but when they didn't have the air filters needed in stock, they went out of their way to go pick up the parts needed. They stayed after their listed closing time to take care of my vehicle and were incredibly friendly and happy to help. Plus, everyone on the team always advises you to check their website for a coupon for your oil change! I am so appreciative to this Jiffy Lube team, and I highly recommend you visit!

These guys helped me soooo much after a different shop treated me like a dumb lady. I felt respected and appreciated here and they even helped me understand my warranty. I love Jiffy Lube Josh, Clayton, Zack and Payton made me feel at home and I will definitely do business here again!

did oil change on both my truck and my wife's jeep... let me know up front what the recommended services were. didn't push any of those services. checked the loose belt on my truck and got me a quote for that service as well. Only place I take my vehicles. 10/10 will always recommend.

Clayton was my main mechanic but all they guys there were awesome. Went in for an oil change and transmission flush and they found that I needed a valve cover gasket and replaced that. They were all very quick and professional and I'll be back for more services later on!
