We've been going here for years and they are the best. Great customer service. And they cheerfully do basic things like put air in my tires for me for free when I stop in between oil changes.

Frank Lopez (GM) and Ismeal were awesome. After getting turned away by two other shops, they actually took the time to explain everything and helped me get the best solution without trying to upsell or rip me off. Honest service like that is rare. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location.

Mad love for Frank, who not only diagnosed the issue with my car in ten seconds that Honda Sumner “looked at” for weeks and never figured out, but Also gave me what I needed so that it didn’t break down on my way to deal with it. Genuinely eternally grateful as I’m a lost puppy about auto stuff and Frank was knowledgeable, kind, generous, and saved me from a much worse problem and a much worse day. Thank you again!

I got an oil change. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Kirk made sure that my vehicle received great care.

DO NOT COME TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. I came here last year and when I left they did not replace my drain plug gasket. In less than 2 weeks I was almost out of oil. When I came back in for them to fix it, they failed to put the screws back in to screw on my engine splash shield. Absolutely horrible job. I was also told they would take care of next one for the inconvenience and their manager said no when I came to take them up on that.

Super nice people working here. It's 41 degrees out. FIX THEIR HEATERS IN THE GARAGE BAY. WHY ARENT THEY WORKING????

I came in for an oil change and a new battery. It took a rubber mallet, copious amounts of chemicals, and true work ethic to get my battery out. The team here worked unceasingly hard to ensure I had a positive experience.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The team here at jiffy Lube was amazing. Andrew was extremely kind and told me exactly what part I needed. He made sure that it was replaced and I was good to go prior to leaving for my trip. They were super kind and worked very efficiently. I appreciate that he took the time to educate another employe while doing a unique part replacement on my SUV. They gained a long term customer today, and I absolutely recommend you come to this Jiffy Lube! Edit: I wrote this review while getting the work on my car done because I was so impressed by their work and professionalism. But, at the end, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was in Tacoma for the day for family / work, but work & live in Seattle. I’m so impressed that I will now be driving out here for all vehicle maintenance. It’s very hard to find honest, kind mechanics. So I’m very glad I stumbled across this business.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013. Andrew and Sequilla went above and beyond for me. I’m driving to Bellingham tomorrow but I broke my driver’s side taillight. I had a new replacement with me. They checked the tires and oil and filled both. Then Andrew installed my new taillight in ten minutes. Thank you for having such a kind and thoughtful service members. Vincent and Frank went above and beyond for me. Checked trans fluid was a quarter low they top my fluid off NO CHARHE might I add and I was on my way. Highly recommend jiffy lube on Sprague in tacoma.

Aiden and Vincent were professional and efficient employees. They were very informative on my oil change and went above and beyond with their roles and responsibilities. If you are looking for an oil change with professional, communicable, kind, and knowledgeable jiffy lube employees, this is the place to go. I will be going back to this place again when I am due for another oil change.

Service was good and quick

Fast and friendly service! This is where we go to get our oil changed since moving to Tacoma, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Today, I went with my skid plate dragging on my car and not really sure where to go. Andrew quickly fixed it for me. Thanks Andrew!

The gentleman were very nice they were receptive to my questions they did it in a timely fashion everything was in tip top they're one of the most best honest jiffy lubes I've been to in a while in Tacoma Washington I appreciate their service I've gotten three different cars to the lot and every time I brought in something or had a problem they fixed it no issue very friendly. I have recommended them to family and friends. There was one time when my Chevy Trailblazer had a problem after the oil changed it was leaking oil and they helped me out tremendously with not only getting it fixed but like the right steps to go about choosing a mechanic and or you know doing it personally so I can't thank them enough.

12/10 recommend! Every person I interacted with was more than helpful and transparent about what my car ACTUALLY needed. Andrew is especially helpful, showed me exactly what he was doing, explained what I did and didn’t need to get done and didn’t even charge me! It was a very refreshing experience after taking my car to the Honda dealership. Will definitely be using them first from now on.
