Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 13803 PACIFIC AVE S, TACOMA, WA, 98444-4634

Clear communication and great service

Very chill and nice to talk to.

Super friendly and professional

Great customer service and oil change that was fast and efficient. I do think it’s a bit overpriced but it’s 2026 that’s pretty much everything unfortunately. I did appreciate the $10 coupon I found on the website.

Great service everytime I come. All workers are friendly and they never push you to get any extra services. 10/10

The gentlemen here are great and do a fine job. Very knowledgeable and offer several different services from tires to brakes. I will definitely come back to this location!

quick and easy

Great work! Quick, easy and simple! The team were sounding off with each other at all times which showed extreme precision and skill to adhere to the job at hand. Our care-service representative Megan was awesome, she was kind, charismatic and very knowledgeable which made this a whole breeze! I personally am dyslexic when it comes to vehicular knowledge so she made it so much less problematic of a situation for me. Immensely so! Loyal customer for life at this point!

Friendly, thorough, and even let me know that I was early for my oil change rather than just doing it without commenting. Classy, well done.

Very quick yet thorough service!!!,definitely recommend, friendly staff.

Very Friendly

Awesome team, came in and took care of me, let me know what other maintenance should be looked at.

Quick easy service, topped off my oil and even showed me how to change the engine filter if I wanted to do it on my own. Competent team!

Mechanic did exceptional work. No surprises. He explained what needed to be done along with the time, price, that was required. The mechanic was a superstar! Thank you!

I come here every time for oil changes! Fast, efficient and not pushy on adding extra services.
