D, David & Terrence executed a fine service for me. I’ve returned on multiple occasions to this particular station & am pleased with the consistency of their treatment of both my vehicle, & their conversation shared with me. Their effort really stands out to me & their collective approach is remarkably professional. I think they deserve more than just a Costco pizza to commend their efforts & effectiveness. I believe a minimal sum of an additional $10 to their hourly rate (assuming it is hourly) would be appropriate. They’ve made what is otherwise a fairly monotonous chore of vehicle maintenance kind of fun, which in of itself is commendable to me. Live, laugh, love.

The guys were fast and friendly! They were also able to help me find help for my other car needs. Totally recommend!

Didn't have to get out of my vehicle. There were multiple employees working on my vehicle at the same time making the job get finished fast.

I felt like the whole crew gave me spotlight treatment today. They went above and beyond for my concerns today. I came in for roadtrip services (fluid top off) that couldn’t be completed at a different company. Just prior to leaving I remembered I had a finicky blinker. The team quickly jumped on looking into how to resolve not only my blinker concern but headlights as well. I truly felt taken care of today. A huge thank you to the wonderful crew members for making sure my family is safe to go for our upcoming trip. Have a lovely summer ??.

I have been to MANY Jiffy Lubes, I go about once a month since I drive for a living. This is hands down the best one i’ve ever been to. For starters, there was no line, so I was able to be in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. The workers were very kind and efficient. Angel in particular was very helpful. They asked me if I wanted them to check the cabin filter, something nobody at any of the other locations has ever asked me. It definitely needed to be replaced as it was very dirty. I mentioned that I often get very congested while driving my work car and Angel said it could be due to this filter not being replaced in a very long time! i’m looking forward to seeing if that was the culprit. When so many companies are severely lacking in their customer service skills, I’m incredibly grateful for people like the workers at this location in Lakewood because not only are they knowledgeable, they were thorough and fast and they were just very kind and treated me with respect.

I was able to get right in. I was surprised (and happy) with how quickly my oil change went. I also loved being able to wait in my car. I appreciate Angel educating me about my car, and letting me know of other ways Jiffy Lube can help maintain my car!
