Best customer service !!!!

Ever nervous going to a JiffyLube? Dont sweat it. Everything that was needed was handled so fast, the most fantastic service I could ask for. Was greeted and helped by the super nice employees Tanner & Dustin. They both were so informative and explained in a way that made things so easy to understand. The best customer service, I would definitely recommend to others.

Got my work truck serviced, rob and Wolfgang were great, knowledgeable and very friendly. A+++

Had an amazing experience here today!! Dee and Tanner went above and beyond helping me safely correct an overfilled oil situation and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team was friendly, hands-on, and proactive, one of the staff even fixed my windshield washer sprayer without hesitation. I left feeling taken care of and confident in my car. Truly great service from start to finish!

I got help from Tanner, Dustin and Wolfgang, who changed my oil, topped off my fluids, checked my filters and filled my tires. They did an awesome job, I was greatful for their help and I'll be sure to come back to this location

Dee was amazing in informing/updating me through out the process of my oil change. Also the crew that did my oil change was super fast! Will definitely be coming here again.

Came in last minute due to lights not working, ended up doing all maintenance that was due. And it was cheaper than what the dealership would have changed. They were fast and efficient.

Excellent service with my questioning of my battery alternator. They were able to thoroughly diagnose what is happening with my car. I came in here lost as hell and scared all the boys here helped me charge my phone look over my car and stayed after closing to make sure I was safe and could Find my way back to my destination. They absolutely ROCK and all love their boss/job. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Kind hearted down to earth and knowledgeable.

Wish I could give this specific shop more stars. First off, the manager working today (didn’t get his name) absolutely hooked me up and completely fixed my transmission issue I had going on in my truck FOR FREE….went in to have them take a quick look at my transmission fluid to see if they saw anything wrong since my truck had the famous Chevy shutter. Not only did he go down there and fix it in 10 min, he added some transmission additive I had bought from a different store, and also topped off my windshield wiper fluid. He fixed my truck in 10 min what Chevy service couldn’t do in 8 days. Also potentially saved me thousands by taking it to jiffy lube for a second opinion instead of taking it back to a dishonest shop that would charge me sky high (like the Chevy dealer). After he was done all he said was “have a good day, you dont owe me anything”. Thats a sign of a great business with even better management. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. I’d highly recommend taking your vehicle for care to this business. They definitely gained a customer today!!!

When I tell you that this is the only place I will go for my oil changes, I’m not kidding. The men over here at the Lakewood jiffy lube ALWAYS have a smile on their faces, they explain everything well, and they are fast. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and every time I’m impressed. Keep up the good work loves!

Dustin, Jetson, Tanner and the gang always go above and beyond. As a woman, I know I am in good hands when I come to Jiffy Lube, specifically this location. Dustin went above and beyond for us by getting the windshield wipers I needed from a different location and came rushing back to put them on. Great crew!

Went there not even sure if my service will be done but guess what, the team there was ready and waiting! They did an incredible job despite my car having some tough tasks which required more time! The team of Shenefelt, Robert and Jettson really made me feel comfortable and were professional. Was an awesome day at the shop!!

Jet and Matt took care of us today, explained the condition of the oil and recommended a coolant flush. Car was beginning to have issues due to low oil and they made sure we were taken care of.
