Everyone was so kind and personable. They got the job done quickly and explained everything they were doing.

This is the kind of shop that makes you realize how rare genuinely good automotive service has become. Don't let the Jiffy Lube name make you think this location only does oil changes. I bring my Dodge Ram 2500 diesel here for tires, brakes, diesel repair, diagnostics, steering and suspension work, routine maintenance, and pretty much everything else it needs. They've become the shop I trust with my truck. I also do a lot of the work on my truck myself. Instead of criticizing DIY repairs or questioning why I chose to do something myself, they take the time to teach me. They explain what they see, show me what to look for, answer my questions, and help me understand what I can reasonably handle myself. There's no condescension and no attempt to make me feel like I shouldn't be working on my own truck. They also understand that I don't have an unlimited repair budget. They are consistently conscious of my financial limits and help me prioritize what actually needs to happen to keep an older truck safe and reliable. They look for practical options and work with what I can afford rather than using every problem they find as an opportunity to sell me something. What continues to amaze me are the things that aren't even on the work order. If they're already underneath the truck and notice a bolt that needs tightening, something that could use a small adjustment, or another little thing they can take care of while they're there, they do it. I keep discovering these small "while we were under the truck" things they've taken care of simply because they noticed them. They're also honest about diagnostics. Sometimes a quick initial diagnosis on an old diesel turns out not to be the final answer. When that happens, they verify it with me before proceeding. They have never charged me for work based on a diagnosis that turned out to be wrong. They take another look, figure out what is actually going on, explain it to me, and we decide what to do from there. That combination is why I keep coming back: they teach me instead of talking down to me, respect the work I do myself, respect my budget, help me prioritize safety and reliability, and notice the little things that aren't necessarily making them any money. This isn't a five-star review because of one unusually good visit. It's the result of a lot of visits and a lot of repairs. They've earned my trust one small thing at a time.

Such a great place with excellent customer service that treat their clients like family. Bella is was so nice and informing when I spoke to her on the phone regarding my situation. Shout out to Cliver and Job for being there to go over and beyond for what I needed and also were willing to explain to me their services and deals without my inquiring. This is such a good place to go to for car service. And I will be back!!!
