Overall solid experience and helped with heat shield on exhaust

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube today! There were only two guys working—one on top and one in the pit below—with cars stacked three deep in every single lane. Ivan and Aiden. Despite being completely understaffed, they worked like a synchronized pit crew. They were sweating their butts off, stayed incredibly professional, had amazing attitudes, and were apologetic about the wait. They did a wonderful job under intense pressure, and I’m very grateful for the excellent service. That being said, I truly hope management stops running shifts with such a skeletal crew. Even the best employees will get burnt out, and running a shop short-handed like this can become a serious safety issue. Take care of these guys, management—they are keeping your business afloat!

First experience at jiffy lube in Tumwater. Amazing techs. Ivan, Ronnie(sorry if i spelled your name wrong) and Aiden worked on my car and kept me well informed the entire time. I will definitely be going back to them.

Russ and Cliver provides great service and were efficient with my time- went the extra mile to test my battery the first test said it was fine then they did the 2nd test the battery in fact needed replaced. Jiffy Lube multicare in Tumwater honestly just saved my derriere in a serendipitous instant. While driving here for a swim competition the inside of my car suddenly smelled like something was burning. I quickly pulled over & didn't realize that I'd parked at Jiffy lube in Tumwater! The employees Chuck, Jeremy & Ivan immediately saved the day & checked all settings in my car, then added oil & confirmed it's safe to drive. Hallelujah!!' Thank you verrry much kind gentlemen!!! Had a great oil change, employees mad chill

Normally this place is 5 star all the way but today we took my wife's vehicle in and the guy put a zip tie on a sensor that wouldn't stay clipped to the battery cable and I stood there the whole time mainly waiting for him to get back from printing an estimate for a new part. He charged $80 and when I said that's kind of pricey he says "but we fixed it." Normally these guys are all great never dealt with this guy before and I won't ever again. Tall older white dude with a lazy eye or something that distorts his face. Should have got his name but you can't miss him and you'll know when he price gauges you. He gets a 2star review but the rest of the guys get 5 stars so I'm changing my 2 star review to a 4 only because the rest of the crew kick butt. I tried being nice to the guy and chat him up a little bit but he was not friendly at all. The whole experience was very unpleasant and then to get gauged with an $80 10min temporary fix with a zip tie left a bad taste in my mouth. We will still do business with these guys just going to make sure he doesn't touch our cars again!

Never before have I gone to a repair facility and left feeling like I wasnt gouged and taken advantage of. THIS experience was different. I not only left paying a bill BELOW my expectations but left feeling like not just one, but EVERYONE there gave a crap about me and MY situation! This facility is a JEWEL among auto repair places and I couldn't recommend it more highly! (Even the customers waiting with us in the waiting room we're raving about their previous services here))!)
