I was absolutely floored by the level of customer service I received from Cody and his team. I accidentally pulled in their driveway to reset my car out of limp mode and Cody refused to let me leave without volunteering time. I have been fighting an issue with my car for weeks and I have been hesitant to take it anywhere since I thought I was battling computer or software issues on top of a broken part. Cody literally swooped in as if the universe sent me a guardian angel at that moment. He helped me read a few issues with the car and is the first person I’ve had believe in the car for a long time. He refused to take any compensation and offered a full diag for $80 if I came back. In a world of wavering customer service, this Jiffy Lube shines very bright.

Observation, don’t ask for a good rating because you’re trying to get promoted. Makes you look selfish and any good service provided was self-serving and not customer focused.
