Had a really odd issue with my car, it wasn't turning off?? went in to the tumwater location, and was helped by Cameron and Jarred. They were able to figure out what was causing my car, not to turn off and help fix the problem. I was in and out of there and under 15 minutes, which was shocking given that I had a unique problem

I have been to other JLs in Thurston. By far this is my favorite one. Knowledge staff quick & effecient. Previously they fixed an electrical issue with my Saturn Vue.Today an oil change in my VW Tiquan. They provide other repairs just ask.

Jarred went above and beyond to make sure my car was set to travel, even staying a whole hour beyond closing to finish a service I don’t realize would take so long. Definitely coming back to this location next time! I’ll just make sure to not wait until the last minute! Thank you so much!

Extremely helpful and friendly

We went in to get our AC recharged and they got us in and out in under an hour. Jeremy worked on the car and he did a great job. When we got there we talked to Ivan and he was extremely helpful and friendly, we had our daughter with us and he seemed comfortable around kids, he told us about his kids and showed us pictures. Seemed like a genuinely good guy. I’d go out of my way to come back to this Jiffy Lube.

First experience at this location and everyone was phenomenal - Aiden, Cam, and Mace! Thank you for a super fast and great experience!
