Rob was amazing ???? they took care of me. Did not treat like I was a stupid woman but with respect and they actually listened !!!! I have always loved this store and now I love it more. Thank you for your hard work.

Amazing service! I came in like 12 minutes before close and asked them if they’d have time for an oil change - they were so friendly and so helpful, didn’t for one second make me feel like I was a bother. This was my second time here and I’ll definitely be back!

Came in for a transmission drain and fill on my 08 lexus is250. Called around before, and most places were charging $250+ for the task, before fluid cost and tax. Brandons team got me in, got it taken care of, and got me out of there in less than 2 shakes of a rabbits tail. 10/10 service, 10/10 transparency and communication, and 10/10 friendliness. If you need any fluids for your car taken care of, look no further.

The guys are always friendly and responsive. Never a hard sell, a plus with me. Suggestions, if I ask. I drive my daughter's car and she won't let me take it anywhere else. I feel they know what they are doing and I feel safe with them!

This shop next to the Walmart on Mill Plain, have been my choice for 26 years, multiple vehicles. They're always quick and clearly explain anything they find. And promptly fix anything I add to the oil change. They don't hard "Upsale". And I know I'm good to go on my next trip. Eric

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, in fact I drive up from se Portland to get my oil changed here. The staff is always friendly and nice.

I have been coming to this location for several years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Jiffy Lube has a lot of turn over, it seems they can't hold on to employees long term, this may be an ownership/corporate issue, however, I never have an issue. Always fast service. They are very professional and thorough.

I have mad respect for the folks who change my oil, but please for the love of God clean that bathroom and fix the paper towel situation (they were all already soaked). The service was quick and they did the job and didn't upsell me when I told them I just wanted an oil change. Everyone was very kind and upbeat.

This location is very impressive. The professionalism started on the phone. They located and purchased a part from a neighboring car part store, and replaced a hose that broke when I was driving (this disabled my vehicle). There was a deal on oil changes and that was applied without even asking. Also I had another coupon for $25 off a service that I was able to apply as well. It was a super deal. The team worked really good together as a unit. They were swift, friendly, hardworking, and they had an unexpected level of knowledge on the repair I needed (for a Jiffy Lube). I was super impressed. I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube for my future car needs, and you should too.

MASSIVE THANK YOU TO CHRIS!!! Previously had my AC serviced here, was all good. But within a week or so, it started blowing warm again. ????? He was able to find that the connector was bubbling as he was trying to connect the AC machine on again. A quick swap of a part that was bubbling, half hour later… AC is blowing cold a week plus later!! THANK YOU!!

Been going to the Jiffy Lube at 104th and Mill Plain in Vancouver WA for years. I have never been disappointed
