Great team.

Great service and friendly people

I’ve liked Jiffy Lube for years and this location didn’t disappoint. I got a much needed oil change and the reassurance that they checked my tires and other fluids as usual. They also ran a complimentary scan for my check engine light and were very helpful. I’ll be back in the future.

Been here several times for oil change. Staff is always super friendly. Service has always been quick and reliable.

Assistant manager made things right very quickly. We got our oil changed & everything sorted with him by 2pm. Arrived at approximately 1:10pm to do an oil change on one of our fleet company vehicles. Chunkier man (employee) says he’s been there a year, has missing bottom teeth wanted to argue over us needing to get out of the vehicle immediately for them to do an oil change. The employee was upset when it was brought to his attention that the assistant manager regularly works on our fleet vehicles and doesn’t force our employees out of the vehicles while this very simple service is being done. The employee continues to argue saying Greg (last name) for privacy since he himself did nothing wrong - apparently doesn’t work there. Never has. We are considering taking all our company vehicles elsewhere from now on.

Best customer experience I have had at any Jiffy Lube location. They even cleaned my windshield and aired up my tires!

The folks here do great service and actually care about taking care of you and your vehicle. They go above and beyond, in my opinion. Highly recommend visiting them for all of their services.

My husband and I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for the past few years, and we’ve consistently had a great experience—thanks in large part to the amazing staff, especially Brianna and Michael. They always greet us with a smile and a positive attitude, and it’s clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. It's rare to find people who are not only professional and efficient but also bring such warmth and energy to their work. Thank you both for making every visit such a pleasant one!

Everyone was warm and polite. The waiting area was comfortable and had coffee available and Magazines to occupy me. Services quick very knowledgeable.

First jiffy lune in wentachee, WA was super busy- so they checked with their sister store a couple of miles away and sent me there -in right away - great service - really quick - and they practically washed my dusty car - thanks guys

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service from the greeting the moment you pull in, to the little details like cleaning my windows to going over my car inspection. They were so trustworthy, affordable and did a perfect job!
