I always use Jiffy Lube, the one in totem Lake and the one in Woodinville. depends on what my errands are for the day

I don’t usually leave reviews for businesses but I just had to shout out this Jiffy Lube location. They 100% held up their 15 minutes or less bid. Kevin I believe was his name had the brightest energy at 9am, and you could tell he has a passion for his job and his customers satisfaction. I managed to lose my wallet in the process of this visit and turned out that it fell somewhere in the Bay, within minutes of me leaving to search for it at home, they called me and rightfully returned it! Thank you for your time and maintenance on my car, and I will definitely be returning when need be.

This Jiffy Lube is the best. Been to many and this locatiin feels like an actual auto shop. Team here was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Tyler checked me in and was so nice, we need more Tyler'sin this world. Colton talked me through the oil change. Love this place. Will definitely come back again. Great team, thank you guys!

This place is great. I was previously going to F*restone for my oil changes. Never again. Jiffy Lube does it 100x faster and with no appointment needed! I don’t understand the wizardry, but I appreciate it. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell me unnecessary services. I’ll go back for all of my auto needs!

I was in a pinch and needed my headlight fixed quickly. CJ and Jeremy did a fantastic job and took care of me!

CJ at Woodinville Jiffy Lube helped me today when my car suddenly started making loud noises and shaking while driving. He inspected it and found loose lug nuts and missing lug nuts on my front tires, which could have become a serious safety issue. He explained the problem clearly, fixed it quickly, and made sure my car was safe to drive home. I appreciated that he was professional, calm, and honest. He did not push unnecessary services or expensive diagnostics. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for my car needs and today's experience reminded me why. Thank you CJ for helping turn a stressful morning into a safe drive home.

All I needed was air in my tire because I have a screw in one of them, boooo, but what didn’t suck was Jaden‘s help!! He went ahead and filled all my tires with air especially the one that was leaking with extra air until I can get it fixed! Thank you very much, Jaden!
