Good place. Went in and had to have my oil ordered, they had it the next day. Didn’t get the name of the female who helped me the first day but she was very nice. All staff were great, thank you!

Had to air up tires and they did it for free and washed windows. Great service!

I have never left a review on google but want to say thank you to Alexis and Odonall (sorry I’m butchering your name). Saturday morning I stopped in just to get my tires checked as my air pressure light had turned on. Odonell (really sorry I am spelling your name wrong) noticed my scaffold board was dragging and zip tied it for me, probably took him 6-7minutes and although another customer had pulled up behind they didn’t rush but were very professional and made sure my car was zip tied well and safe. Thank you both so much. ?? Very kind people work here.

The team at this location gave me excellent advice and service for my broken skid plate. They removed it quickly and assured me as to what my next steps could be with kind advice; they did not charge me for this service in my hour of need. Could not speak more highly of the general manager and assistant general manager at this location!

Excellent customer service! My battery died and Chris really went out of his way to get our car up and running. He personalized our experience with eye contact and product knowledge. He ordered a battery for my husband and I and mentioned that we were free to look around for quotes and then quoted how much the one he ordered would be. Honestly the best experience I have ever had with an oil change!

Highly recommend! I went to this location with an emergency created by valvoline in Sammamish. Jiffy lube fixed the problem, added additional oil to my car and did NOT charge me for their service! Thank you for your excellent service!

Came in for a new set of tires first thing on a Sunday morning, I was met with nothing but exceptional service! The general manager even worked on my vehicle personally to get it completed for me quickly. Amazing service would recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for service! Thanks guys!!

Stopped in for help with my AC that was not getting cold. They did a thorough job of explaining the process to me and then in 45 minutes, they pressure checked the system, determined there were no leaks and recharged it. Great experience. Thank you for all your help.

I don’t usually leave reviews for businesses but I just had to shout out this Jiffy Lube location. They 100% held up their 15 minutes or less bid. Kevin I believe was his name had the brightest energy at 9am, and you could tell he has a passion for his job and his customers satisfaction. I managed to lose my wallet in the process of this visit and turned out that it fell somewhere in the Bay, within minutes of me leaving to search for it at home, they called me and rightfully returned it! Thank you for your time and maintenance on my car, and I will definitely be returning when need be.

This Jiffy Lube is the best. Been to many and this locatiin feels like an actual auto shop. Team here was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Tyler checked me in and was so nice, we need more Tyler'sin this world. Colton talked me through the oil change. Love this place. Will definitely come back again. Great team, thank you guys!

This place is great. I was previously going to F*restone for my oil changes. Never again. Jiffy Lube does it 100x faster and with no appointment needed! I don’t understand the wizardry, but I appreciate it. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell me unnecessary services. I’ll go back for all of my auto needs!
