It is sad to say that I look forward to an oil change but I do when I go to the Yelm location! The manager, whose name escapes me right now, is always very professional and personable. She takes a few moments to say hi! I have worked in the industry from lube tech to corporate floating manager, and I wish that I had such a friendly and knowledgeable crew in some of my locations. Each crew member, does their part like a well oiled machine. In closing if I was able, I would give an A++ for a rating!! Great job!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube in Yelm. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into a bunch of unnecessary services. The whole process was easy and efficient.
