My A/C and my transmission temp sensor went out on my truck right before a trip to Moses Lake. I called to see if it was possible to get fixed right away, they told me bring it in. This was 1 in the afternoon. By 6 I got a call from their mechanic Devin telling me the truck was done and ready to be picked up. They were up front about all repairs and even saved me a few bucks on some parts. Thanks for being life savers!

I have been coming here for the past year and every single visit I get phenomenal customer service! From the greeting, to walking me into the lobby and the completion of my vehicle I am treated like a valued customer every time. Today they went above and beyond to fix a problem with my vehicle. I am grateful for the whole team at the Yelm location. Definitely recommend coming here not just for oil changes, but additional services as well.

Customer service seems to be top shelf here, they were never pushy with extra products. The manager tols me that Danny is pretty new but she has a natural customer service approach, great experience all around.

Had a really good experience at Jiffy Lube. Walked in for an oil change and basic maintenance, and everything was quick and easy. Staff was friendly, didn’t try to upsell anything, and explained things clearly.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT, not only has jiffy lube been so great to me over the years but they keep getting better! With having busy weeks , I was blessed to see that I could relay on them this Sunday! If you go to the jiffy lube in Yelm , they are opennnnnnn! & always amazing! With matched great prices! ?? Keep up the great work guys! ???? Also, I’m a mom of three with all three babies in the car , if you are a mom or dad…. You know how long those timeframes hold up with babies in the car… JIFFY LUBE IS QUICK! I pulled in and there were three cars ahead of me , they busted them out so fast I couldn’t believe I had only been there maybe an hr for the WHOLE duration!
