I was on a work trip and needed oil change bad so I Brought in my 2018 GLS 63 AMG to Jiffy lube for oil change and oil filter and they did a great job . Very nice facility and good team !

The team today provided a quick oil change, about 30 minutes, on my 2011 sedan. They offered 4 ties of oil at industry standard prices - coupons are available too so check online ahead of time or while you wait.

The staff at Jiffy was incredibly kind. I received a oil change at a dealership and they didn’t seal the filter properly. I drove my car all day and didn’t realize the mistake that was made until the oil light came on. I immediately went to Jiffy Lube and the entire staff was so kind and accommodating. They took photos for me, gave me a new oil change and worked to clean up as much of the dripping oil on the undercarriage as they could. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend coming back to this location. Thank you to the entire staff working on 2.27 at 5 pm

Everyone was so polite and professional. It was one of the fastest services that I have ever had when getting work done on my car. Chris was exceptional! He even escorted me to my car!! I will definitely be back for anything car related.

Edited-1/22/21- Employees were professional & very kind through the whole process. They got everything in working order & even took it for a test drive to assure me all the noises & issues were fixed. After driving it myself, I can feel it's driving much better, noises are gone & braking is great. I apologize for any inconvenience I caused them, my work van is our life blood in our business so I needed it to be 100% and they did. They made things right. Not sure what went wrong initial visit, but if something went wrong you can tell they care & want to have your vehicle in proper working order. They apologized for what happened instead of blaming it on something else, really appreciate that. Thank you. Edited: When brought in for repair, manager said they had forgotten to grease the slide pin. Initial visit: Brought my company work van in for a simple oil change. As they did inspection they noticed my front brakes were really worn. My company agreed & they accepted jiffy lube to repair/replace them. $400 bill & the moment I drive out, I already hear problems. Loud clunk noise. As I left the building, it proceeded to make a grinding noise, pull to the left & clunky noise like something wasn't on fully or correctly. They also estimated 30min-1hr & it took them 1hr 45min. I had informed them prior to repair that I needed it for work still that day. With that, they also kept trying to push higher priced product & random stuff for my WORK VAN. Gave them an upsale already with the brakes, they need to first do it right & what the customer wants before pushing more on. Called them prior to bringing it in again for inspection & repair for their mistakes & all I was told is they can look at it. I'd prefer them to say "Certainly we can get that repaired for you & if it was caused by us there will be absolute no charge." They need to give customers belief that they will do it right or clean up their mistakes. They also check all your lights & such prior to any service. It's an OK thing but I can't tell if they do it to upsell, decline service because of, or just inform you.
