Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2901 Milwaukee Rd., Beloit, WI, 53511

In spite of running into an issue with the oil pan plug, they were able to resolve it and get me on my way in a timely manner- I didn’t miss watching any of my Badger football game!

Issac is super great guy very friendly professional & understanding 10 stars awesome service

Issac was amazing

Isaac and the team took great care of me today. My car has a rather unique housing for the wiper blades that I haven’t been able to replace. Isaac and Jon took the time to make sure that I got new wiper blades that I desperately needed. Isaac and Jon were very personable and customer focused. On today’s visit, there was a man there who very clearly opted to charge for the higher quality synthetic oil (he told me he did after asking me about what I choose). This guy then proceeded to throw a fit in the waiting room about the pricing. Despite the awkward experience that was completely out of the control of the team and manager working, was still a great experience overall. Sincerely, a satisfied customer that will be back.

Issac did an exceptional job at customer service -going out of his way to drive and get an oil filter that fit, keeping me updated on the delay and making sure to compensate me for the longer than usual oil change. This type of quality customer service will keep me coming back!

I am taken aback by the abundance of kindness and overall dedication to helping people after coming here. Biggest shout out to Isaac for his customer service and his demeanor. Respectable and hardworking man if I have ever seen Atra estreni oni thelduin

Came in for an oil change and took Isaac up on the free car safety inspection. Luckily we did! Our rear brakes were metal on metal, he quoted us a reasonable price to replace both the rotors and brakes. His team started the work as soon as they finished the customer ahead of us. It took longer than expected but his team was very communicative during the entire process and the price was even a little less than expected at the end. Would recommend this location to anyone who needs their work completed same day.

First off, there is an employee named Isaac. He was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. We came in for an oil change originally, but thanks to the free safety check recommended by Issac we discovered the car needed back brakes badly. Work was well done and the staff was very communicative during the whole process. Will definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube in the future.

Honestly surprised at how pleasant my experience was. They opened doors for me and made me feel like a king. I didn’t want to leave! At one point, one of the guys found an old soda fountain cup on the floor. As he threw it away, he said, “Man, weird somebody left it. It’s half full!” Which seems to indicate an optimistic, friendly, hard-working worldview. Great job, guys. I’ll be back!

Very friendly and helpful.

Second time here for an oil change. There was only a couple employees working and they were excellent. They were very efficient with time considering having a few customers and being the only them here. They were also very kind and considerate and professional, again, being the only employees and giving top notch service speaks volumes of work ethic. Isaac is amazing.
