Mo is the MAN! He is your guy if you need any of the services Jiffy Lube offers!!! Our new 2025 had a screw in the tire, it was a special tire, needed some tender loving expert care quickly and Mo stepped up and resolved our problem without hassles, exorbitant costs, or "no I can't do that"!! If you need car care in the Lake Geneva/Delavan area, go to this Jiffy Lube and ask for Mo...what a GEM!!

Needed an oil change asap since I couldn't get to my mechanic until the following week and didn't want to drive our newly purchased used car with super old oil in it. Luckily they weren't that busy even though there were 2 service vans in front of me and they told me that it would take 45 minutes but they actually got me out in about 25 minutes and that was with the wait! I knew it would be pricier than my mechanic but I had no other choice and was left satisfied. Highly recommend this place if you need an oil change.

I had a wonderful experience with this multi care Jiffy Lube. I stopped there two days prior to have them check the small lights by my license plate since a police officer told me they were out. They switched those out quickly and then I asked about other services and came back for my brakes two days later. Everyone wassuper professional and efficient and they were able to get my rear brakes done in an hour. Great job!

Got there at a time when there was an oil change bay open and was in and out in 7 minutes with changing an engine air filter.

While picking up a vehicle for a friend that needed to come back to Minnesota I found a nail in the tire and needed a patch. These guys were so awesome and got it done fast and did a once over to make sure all the other tires were good for me. Much appreciated. Thanks for the professionalism and compassion they showed to me.

There’s many reasons why this my only go to place for an oil change. Service is always top notch. They are connected to CarFax and keep my upkeeps logged. The email reminders and offers are always appreciated. 5 visits per car per year is my routine.
