I always receive great service at this location. Today was the best and most friendly service experience in all.

Landon took care of my car today! Everyone was very kind. I had a mishap with my oil cap before I went in, and the crew suggested a product to help repair my engine. They were very thorough and helpful. (Very good salesmen! Beware)

I must say.. I just had the best experience at the Delavan Jiffy Lube for my oil change. No appointment, but they got me in immediately, friendly, cheerful, efficient, professional service, and I didn't even have to leave my vehicle! And, they honored a discount, even tho it wasn't for my vehicle, saved me 30 bucks! Outstanding! Thank you!!!

Mark was great!! It was HOT out, he went and got my granddaughter a popsicle. He explained everything that was going on. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend and yes, you have a lifetime customer!!

My quick stop at Jiffy Lube today was very pleasant. The tech Mark (?) was very thorough in showing me any findings and was very upbeat-even with the high temps and smoky air from the northern fires. Tim’s calm professionalism was refreshing. He’s very knowledgeable as well. I had him plug in the diagnostics and he was able to touch base on each issue in a way that made sense and wasn’t over my head. Thank you once again for a great experience!

Went there with a hole in my tire, the tech (Mark) got straight to work right away, no wait, the assistant manager (Austin) got me taken care of before the work was complete, AMAZING job! I will be referring everyone to this Jiffy Lube! outstanding employees!! the work was done so fast I had to go back in to get the names!
