While picking up a vehicle for a friend that needed to come back to Minnesota I found a nail in the tire and needed a patch. These guys were so awesome and got it done fast and did a once over to make sure all the other tires were good for me. Much appreciated. Thanks for the professionalism and compassion they showed to me.

There’s many reasons why this my only go to place for an oil change. Service is always top notch. They are connected to CarFax and keep my upkeeps logged. The email reminders and offers are always appreciated. 5 visits per car per year is my routine.

stopped by my local jiffy lube here in Delavan cause my washer fluid was low. staff was very friendly and courteous. they said come on in and we'll get you taken care of and on your way. was very cost friendly. will definitely be using this location again.

It was my first time to use a chain car store/car repair. So I went to Jiffy Lube just to get an oil change and they were friggin awesome. The time the quality the service was top-notch and so reasonable. When I called, they automatically sent me a $27 coupon towards my oil change but then I decided I needed new wipers too and they did that. I definitely would go back there. I’m a very loyal person and I’ve been in Illinois almost all my life and I have a car shop that I go to there but they were the ones that encouraged me to get my oil change as soon as possible and to find a place up here for that and I did and it works and I’m happy.
