Great service!! Friendly service people

The best customer service ever at an auto place such as this. My would not start in the grocery store parking lot and they were right there, which was more than convenient. They were super friendly and helpful and so polite. Thank you for helping with my battery and accommodating.

Fast, courteous

This location has always been quick and pleasant. The employees are cordial and allow me to catch up on emails, checking in when it’s time to pay and head out.

It was very quick and easy to get to.

The staff were kind and very capable. It took around 10 minutes for my oil change. Just enough time to enjoy a cup of complementary hot chocolate. The service was affordable as well. Everything I needed and nothing I didn’t.

The most kind and courteous staff. Held the doors open. Quick and quality service. It was pouring rain and they were willing to move my vehicle to a spot so that I didn’t have to walk as far in the rain. Didn’t even ask me, just we’re top notch with customer service.

I came in having issues with my tires losing air, and promptly locked my keys in my car! Amber was very very kind about it and very patient with me while I waited for my partner to bring my spare keys, which took 45 minutes due to his work location. She was very reassuring to me and never once seemed annoyed with the situation, even though I arrived during a rush. There was another gentleman in the lobby who was planning to get a tire rotation after his oil service, and she was kind enough to pull him out of the room- I assume to tell him the tire service would have to wait… my bad. But thank you, Amber, for saving me the embarrassment of having that conversation in front of me. Once I finally got my keys, the team let me know that I have a nail in each of my back tires and took care of it in what can only be described as a Jiffy. Thank you, Amber, and the other folks who worked on my vehicle, for your kindness and patience. And for getting my car set to get back on the road! I’ve only ever had good interactions at this location, and I’ve been coming here for about two years now.

Better than the first jiffy lube I went to on College Ave., as in they were more thorough (not that the college ave location did a bad job at all just more thorough with explaining to me ALL the levels of everything in my car inspection) but as both locations have a great staff, friendly, clean, and super fast with efficiency! Would recommend to anyone with a vehicle, especially with high mileage, to get their oil change here! Thank you all again for the great service!!!

Didn’t even have time to walk over and take a lap in Meijer and they were already done with my vehicle, immediately went home and got my wife’s. Not going anywhere else while I live here now, staff is phenomenal!

This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube and I was so very satisfied. I needed an oil change but also asked them to look at my brakes because I thought they might be getting thin. They did so and informed me that my brakes have a lot of life left in them and wouldn't need to be replaced for at least another year. The team here could easily have tried to net an easy win by replacing my brakes before they needed (since I asked them to look at them, after all), but they were honest and told me I'm good to go for now. The oil change was also super-fast, and Brooklyn was very kind. Bottom line is it was an outstanding first visit to this Jiffy Lube, and they'll now be my default place for our family's four cars.

Great service from Brooklyn, Pete and Michael and Dakota at the N. Richmond St location in Grand Chute! They all went above and beyond while servicing my daughter's car. Caught that a reverse light was out and did a quick replacement on top of the speedy oil change.

Very fast. As in I looked up saw car in garage looked down looked back up and my car was gone. I literally went to see what happened and the desk help said the oil change was done. Great work.

Quick, friendly, and honest. I used to dread oil changes because I felt swindled into extras. Here they are knowledgeable and not pushy. They inform and are trustworthy. Hands down a great experience!

It was fine

Very thorough looking over the vehicle. Even went so far as to torque the lug nuts to spec when rotating the tires. Very friendly even though they were very short-handed for help that day. I have always had good luck with the service there.
