Start to finish, first class experience.

Jiffy Lube on Richmond St. in Appleton went above and beyond for me on this Sunday morning. See, I picked up a large bolt in my driver's side rear tire late Saturday evening. I needed to be to Milwaukee by 8:00 AM Monday, so I needed it patched on a Sunday. I filled my tire and brought my Jeep in right when they opened at 10:00 AM Sunday morning, and they had it patched and ready to roll by 10:30. And get this, they did it completely for FREE, instead of charging me the quoted rate of $29.99 on their website. I can't thank them enough?? Great service and extremely friendly staff.

The employees at Jiffy Lube made our day! After coming home from a 14 hour drive at about 1230AM, we woke up later that morning to a flat tire. It was a Sunday and it was a struggle to find a place that was open and could take a look at the tire. We drove to Jiffy Lube with the tire & asked if they could see if it was repairable. Technician said they could fix it and would be done in less than 20 mins. They called us probably 5 minutes later saying it was done, went to pick it up and they didn't charge a penny! They're efforts were so very appreciated after such an exhausting day!

Friendly, fast, knowledgeable. Fairly priced. I have been going here for a few years now, I have always had good service, they were always able to answer questions and I never felt like they were trying to push extras.

They don’t have to exceed expectations, they do exactly what’s expected exactly as you had hoped and that deserves 5 stars! They are hyper-focused on the customer experience. If you wanted to have a worse time but wanted your car extensively checked, you should pay more and wait longer at a dealership. Minor specific details might be overlooked in favor of your time and peace of mind. That wasn’t what I was looking for, therefore no issues from me!

10-15 minutes. I was impressed. ?? showed me my filters and let me decide if they were needing to be changed versus some places just doing the service and charging you after. Overall, needed my oil change done quick and in that moment and they followed through.
