My car takes a rare type of oil that most places don’t stock. Management went on their own time to pick up the oil that was required for my car. I would highly suggest stopping by if you are procrastinating on getting an oil change!

Had oil issue with my car while in Madison. I was immediately offered assistance and fixed the problem. Wished they were closer to where I live, I would definitely be back there for oil changes.

Kevin was so kind and very knowledgeable when I brought my car in today. He helped guide me towards what would be best for my car and gave great recommendations for in the future. In addition, Jerry provided excellent work getting my car back on the road. He went above and beyond fixing up under the hood. Marshaun was also very kind. Thanks again guys!

The guys at my local Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to help me out when I came in e with an unreasonably tight drain plug in my oil pan. They handled it with big muscles and good cheer. I’m a fan!

While visiting the area I needed an oil change. I was given exceptional service from Kevin. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the hassle of getting a needed repair into a simple exchange. 5 stars.

Jerry and Kevin give me an excellent job on maintenance of the vehicle and on checking on the fluid from the car because I was curious why I couldn’t check my oil, They helped me along the way and gave me a good deal as well. Go check these guys out.

I recently came to this location needing help replacing one of my brake lights, which I’m not sure people routinely go to a Jiffy Lube for, and I was very pleased and impressed with the workers, in particular the manager Kevin. He was eager to help and worked with a professional and friendly demeanor. He answered all of my questions happily and even taught me how to do it! He was clearly very knowledgeable and knows how to treat a customer. The next time I need anything with my car, I am definitely coming back to this location. Thank you, Kevin!

The boys squeezed me in for an oil change just before close! Grateful for their kindness and willingness ?? they also caught my air filter while it was super gross and got it replaced, and all in only 15 minutes!
