Lavar squeezed me in for an oil change after closing which was greatly appreciated. Even though it was after close I did not feel rushed and was well taken care of.

Nytel took care of my car’s oil change and air filter! Talked me through this process as it was my first time getting car maintenance done. Him and all of the other employees working today were very kind and informative!

I had a great experience here today. My car had been making a diesel-like engine noise, and I was worried something serious was wrong. The two staff members were very patient and professional. They took the time to explain in detail how low engine oil could cause that sound, and they also recommended the best type of oil for my vehicle. After the oil change, the car sounded much smoother and quieter. I really appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent experience! Nytel and the rest of the staff were super pleasant. He even showed me where oil was leaking and that it was possible I had a head gasket leak. Although it wasn’t something they could fix, he wanted me to know that it may be worth having someone look at. He then cleaned it all off for me so I could see if it was continuing to leak or just because someone had overfilled it previously. Also, no one pressured me to get new wipers or things that weren’t necessary. They checked everything as well and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quick oil change without the headache.

The team was professional and educated me on the importance of properly maintaining my vehicle. These gentlemen should be given opportunities to lead and spread their knowledge and professionalism throughout the organization.

Great place to get a regular oil change. Never a wait. Not the cheapest place in town but I’d say the quality makes up for it and still affordable on a budget

The two gentleman on shift Saturday were amazing!! I was at Kwik Trip next door filling my tires with air when the valve snapped off. I was so glad they were still open in the storm to help me swap to my spare tire so I didn’t need to try to sort it in the elements!!! They went above and beyond and I’d definitely come back to this location for service again!

This was my third time at Jiffy Lube on , Maple Valley Rd in Madison, WI. As always, they did an excellent job! Kevin was great at explaining to me the reason for using the more expensive oil. Thank You!!
