Staff was very communicating and polite. They were fast as well and pretty much they finished in 10 mins.

I hate getting my oil changed because I feel like as a woman, you get treated differently. I never feel that way at Jiffy Lube in Manitowoc. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

This was my first Jiffy Lube visit. Very impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Waiting room was super clean and very nice. Complimentary coffee or bottle of water while you wait. My care was ready in about 15-20 minutes. Very quick. Will definitely be back for future car care.

The Manitowoc store is a welcoming location. I’d suggest this location to anyone.

Cassidy and Matt had me out in a Jiffy (13 minutes give or take). Always love the service here and they have free coffee while you wait. Even got a tire quote in minutes which I didn’t even know they did until the offered!
