Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube S64 W15890 Commerce Center Pkwy, Muskego, WI, 53150

I received immediate service. Guys were professional and respectful. They were singing to the old songs on the radio. Very good teamwork. Fun crew!

I've been struggling to get my car to pass emissions for the better part of the last 3 months. Every time I come to this jiffy lube the techs are experienced friendly and always willing to be patient with me. Their machine was down but they kept trying to get it to work and I finally passed! This is by far the best customer service I have ever encountered and I'm truly grateful for everybody that works here. James Modrow deserves a special shout out! He was able to get on the phone with customer service and get them to reset the machine. He was relentless and made it happen. Also a special thank you to Chuck. It's his first day and he was keeping me calm throughout all of this. It's hard to find people that go out of the way to help these days and I got to give it to them. I'm definitely a customer for life thank you again!

James was a great technical, super professional and friendly.

James was great - service was quick! Recommended other things that needed to be done too.

The staff was wonderful. They instructed me on the process of fixing my vehicle.

Was so kind! They fixed my tire and were very respectful! Nicest jiffy lube I’ve seen

Great service. Quick

Fast service, friendly, was able to get an oil change and my emissions test completed! Thanks!

I went in about 4:30 to have them take a look at my brakes, I thought the calipers needed greasing. After the inspection Felix told me the calipers were shot and a brake hose was collapsed. He stayed after hours to make sure I was back on the road safe to drive. Excellent customer service and I appreciate all they did for me.

Great service!! Tried to sneak me in for emissions close to close. Unfortunately didn't get in but was nice of him

The manager and staff were great helpful.

I used this Jiffy Lube on 8/29 for emissions testing. The staff was very friendly, professional and the service was quick. Thank you!

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Muskego the other day and was helped by Felix. He explained everything and was very helpful with the issue I brought to him. He was kind and friendly. I then had Mike, the technician, who was also kind and helpful. He told me about an issue that no one had mentioned before about my battery. I will definitely go back there. In my experience the car repair, oil change or even dealers don't explain and help the way Felix and Mike did. thanks!

Great service. Was willing to stay a bit late to complete my service. Identified the problem and was very open and honest about whether the fixes were needed. Definitely recommend.

Very quick , courteous and pros.

Excellent service, clean waiting area and friendly, knowledgeable employees.

The staff was explanatory, transparent, and very friendly!

I came for emissions test and the staff was very polite, I was there no more than 15 min. Place is very clean

Thanks to Felix for helping with my tires! He took the time to help me when no where else I went really did.

It was so easy to get in. The place was clean and organized with plenty of people ready to work. My oil change was quick, the staff was very friendly every step of the way, and they have coupons to save some money! Five stars from a happy customer! :)

After trying many other places to get an emissions test done, Jiffy Lube was able to get me what I needed quick and easy! Jim helped me out and everything went very smooth.

Excellent service I will keep coming. Workers are friendly

Great customer service! Super friendly and nice staff.

Stopped in on a Sunday because I was having a tire leak. They were quick to find the nail and get me back on the road. Great group of guys. I highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. They don’t really pressure or try talking you into a bunch of add-ons like other oil change places do. They seem more reasonable and level headed about it.

$120 for a full synthetic out and filter change seems a bit hight to me.

Helped alot

Great, quick service.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. They were able to complete my emissions test along with providing me with the renewal sticker. At the same time I had my oil changed. The staff is efficient and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Very friendly staff and were able to help me get my oil pressure sensor fixed quick

Fast efficient service.

Friendly and prompt. I was in and out quickly! Loved that

Quick service, everyone is always friendly!

I got a nail in my tire on memorial day and they were the only ones open, they were busy but got through everyone as efficiently as possible and patched up my tire
