The service guys were great

Everyone was super nice and took care of me a timely manner.

I was with my two kids on Friday night when I could hear air leaking out of my tire. I called Jiffy Lube and Felix was able to get me in, help, and get us out of there in a timely manner! I appreciated how well he communicated and got it taken care of quickly, so my kids could get home to enjoying their night! I also get my oil changes at this location and they do a great job.

Such great service today! The gentlemen got me in quick to plug my tire. I found a screw in it yesterday, and I had already stopped somewhere else but was told they couldn’t plug it on a Sunday. They were courteous and efficient, and I can’t thank them enough!

Amazing service. Went in for an emissions test and renewed my plate on the spot. Felix made sure to check my car as a curtesy and let me know about a few things I should follow up on. No pressure, just a caring employee! They even filled up my tires as they saw they were low. 10/10 experience, will be back again.

I’m updating my past review to add comments for the incredible service I just received from these guys! My previous review was for a very efficient oil change that I had done a few weeks ago but today I found myself in dire need of assistance as I got a flat tire after going through the car wash next door. Damian was fantastic and he went the extra mile to help me out in my hour of need. I greatly appreciate his time and effort to stay on and fix my tire when he was ready to go home for the day. It’s not often you get such excellent customer service these days so it’s very much appreciated. I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube as I have received excellent service from several of the mechanics working there whether it was for a state inspection or oil change or something more complex they seem to always step up and provide excellent service. The mechanics and technicians were great. They were very helpful and kind, I would definitely recommend going here for a trusted place given being a young girl some places will try to up charge or do add ons. This location and group of people was reliable, honest, and quick with their work.

I was today years old when I found out that the cabin filter is behind the glove compartment…Jettas are so confusing. Glad I’m not a mechanic lol but Kevin is great, educated me and fast service. I’ll be back again. Meanwhile Fleet Farm was going to charge me $132. I paid $88 at Jiffy and I tipped ???? … wild

I had blown out a tire around 6pm. Jiffy closes at 7pm. They happily took in my car and repaired it the next morning after ordering new tires. They even picked me up after their services were done and brought me back to pick up my car. By far one of the best mechanics/car shops I've ever been to. Shout out to Felix, the mechanic there, for his help and superb customer service. Give this man a raise!

Had an oil change today and the price was in line, also, went above and beyond to help us with our skid plate issue. Put our car on the rack to get it back on and get us back on the road. Professional and genuinely good people.

Felix is the store manager, and clearly knows all customers are unique along with the individualized service needs. "jiffy lube" Muskego is a well skilled great mechanic/repair option for many automobile NEEDS! For years I thought of "jiffy lube" as a oil change shop but they are a one stop shop for most of your vehicles immediate needs. Julio and other techs fill in seamlessly as Felix's right hand men. Thank you "jiffy lube"!

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly from the moment I pulled up. It's actually the nicest jiffy lube I've been in as far as lobby goes with refreshments and drinks. They handled everything quickly and kept me informed throughout the process without any high-pressure sales tactics. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change and other car service needs.

Took our vehicle in for the DMV emissions test and had a technician named Jim. Sincerely nice guy with a good sense of humor. Got the job done quickly and even suggested that I mail in the renewal to save a few dollars! Great Guy, Great service!
