I got a nail in my tire on memorial day and they were the only ones open, they were busy but got through everyone as efficiently as possible and patched up my tire

Felix and Tony were amazing today! My car sounded like it needed a top off, but they saw it was actually empty--despite being halfway through my oil change life. They not only did the top off, but looked to see why and found a small leak. Also walked me a through a few other things as well. Truly top notch and greatly amazing beyond measure.

We stopped in to get emissions testing done today and even though the sign said they weren’t doing any testing today, Felix was SOO kind and told us he would fit us in even though they were short staffed!! Oh my goodness it was beyond appreciated and he was SO helpful and AMAZING! Thank you Felix!! You made our day!

Everyone was super nice and took care of me a timely manner.

I was with my two kids on Friday night when I could hear air leaking out of my tire. I called Jiffy Lube and Felix was able to get me in, help, and get us out of there in a timely manner! I appreciated how well he communicated and got it taken care of quickly, so my kids could get home to enjoying their night! I also get my oil changes at this location and they do a great job.

Such great service today! The gentlemen got me in quick to plug my tire. I found a screw in it yesterday, and I had already stopped somewhere else but was told they couldn’t plug it on a Sunday. They were courteous and efficient, and I can’t thank them enough!

Amazing service. Went in for an emissions test and renewed my plate on the spot. Felix made sure to check my car as a curtesy and let me know about a few things I should follow up on. No pressure, just a caring employee! They even filled up my tires as they saw they were low. 10/10 experience, will be back again.

I’m updating my past review to add comments for the incredible service I just received from these guys! My previous review was for a very efficient oil change that I had done a few weeks ago but today I found myself in dire need of assistance as I got a flat tire after going through the car wash next door. Damian was fantastic and he went the extra mile to help me out in my hour of need. I greatly appreciate his time and effort to stay on and fix my tire when he was ready to go home for the day. It’s not often you get such excellent customer service these days so it’s very much appreciated. I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube as I have received excellent service from several of the mechanics working there whether it was for a state inspection or oil change or something more complex they seem to always step up and provide excellent service.
