I’ve been going here a couple years now. They always take very good care of me and are always very nice. The military discount is the icing on the cake.

I took my Toyota Venza to Jiffy Lube in Oconomowoc to have them check the cabin air filter. My daughter was using my car while hers was in the shop. She said it wreaked of urine. The tech at Jiffy Lube took out the cabin air filter to find it chewed up by a mouse. The mouse had built a nest and was living in the engine. Urine smell identified and problem solved by pulling the nest out and changing the filter. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

Abby was superb in her customer service support of engaging the need to go to another auto parts place. She verified that coolant was in stock and would be put in my car. I am extremely grateful for her above and beyond care of a customers cars need.

The guy helped us with a ridiculously complicated cabin air filter. It took forever and required a lot of patience. He stayed late and didn’t complain at all.

Ordered tires through Jiffy Lube and they were able to put them on right away. Wonderful service at a great price!

Separate bays for oil change or emmissions testing. Wish there were coupons readily available...$90+ is high.

Was in and out much faster than I could have hoped! Emissions test was so very fast and efficient! People were courteous and very friendly, alot of people seem upset when doing Emissions tests but not Jffy Lube! Thank you guys!

My wheels were rusted on and they worked over a day on my car to change my brakes because they didn't want to give up so easy. They were persistent and not my brakes are installed and working great. Phil was the main person that communicated with me and he gave me updates throughout. Super hard friendly workers.
