My car suddenly showed my oil was at 22%. So I went to my gas station to get some oil and they don't sell it anymore! So then I looked up your address and drove over!

The guys working were very nice, explained everything clearly, and answered any questions I had.

These guys were so great. I had some ice built up under my vehicle and they got me right in right away and put my mind at ease by doing an overall checkup before a long road trip.

Jiffy lube took care of my Beverly Buick ‘04. New oil change and she’s still putting up a good fight. She ages well … for her age ?? THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE. You sure know how to put the lube in jiffy! 10/10 recommend!

I had an amazing experience here and felt completely respected as a woman. I don’t know much about vehicle maintenance, but the guys explained everything to me clearly and answered all of my random questions without making me feel stupid. I asked to watch as they worked on my car and the guys pointed things out under my hood (where my windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, etc goes). They let me know my air filter needed to be replaced, and explained the importance of it. They showed me what the price and new total would be if I wanted them to replace it, and advised that I shouldn't just vacuum it lol. Without feeling pressured, I agreed and they changed it for me right away. Then, during my oil change, they discovered a dead mouse under my hood. I genuinely thought they were joking at first. They were not ?? They removed it for me without hesitation and even managed to make me laugh about it (apparently I’m not the only one this has happened to). I felt bad for frying the lil guy, but they handled it like pros and kept things light. I was honestly having a stressful day before I came in, and somehow an oil change + rodent removal turned it around. Super down-to-earth, funny, and kind guys. Highly recommend ??

My car died at the gas station next door to the Jiffy Lube in Osh Kosh. Being from out of town, I wasn’t really sure what to do so I looked for help in Jiffy Lube. Daniel came to the rescue! He grabbed his jump pack and walked to the gas station to help me. When the jump pack didn’t work, he brought his truck over and it did the trick. He was patient, kind, so helpful, and was able to get me on the road again! I am so thankful they were able to help me and would definitely go back.

Love this location and this team. They always do a great job without being pushy about add on options. They’re the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Had a metal valve stem cap stuck lowering my tire pressure, even after finding a bigger issue they stuck to their original diagnosis and had our family in and out in a jiffy! We Appreciate this crew more than they know!

My husband and I have been visiting the JL in Oshkosh for about 3 years now and always have a good experience. Its is seldom that there is any wait time, the staff is efficient and most importantly respectful if and when we decline additional or suggested services, the shop and lobby/customer restrooms are clean and they’re always offering coffee and water. My husband and I will definitely keep returning!

These guys changed my oil and did a inspection on the rest of my vehicle with photos and did not pressure me for it to be repaired.

My husband had a tire losing pressure while driving toward north central Wisconsin. He happened to pull off at Oshkosh near Jiffy Lube. He stopped there and they checked his tire and put on his spare. They were very nice, helpful and did not charge him for this. Could not have had better service. Thanks to the people who helped him!! Definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube!

Quick and professional!

Stopped in this morning because my wife’s car was having a vibration at highway speed. They pulled the car in right away & found it was just ice build up in the rim. Cleared it with no questions, I recommend this team for any car needs!!

Went in for oil change. They check everything. A couple of filters needed replacing. It was quick & easy. The staff was very kind & professional. I will go back!

I needed tires really fast due to quick weather change. These guys got my tires ordered, delivered to shop and changed in the same day. Daniel was relaxed and personable, but also professional and quick.

The Associates were extremely helpful and showed me some things they observed wrong with my truck while changing the oil.
