Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1719 W 9th Ave, Oshkosh, WI, 54902

Great service, friendly and fast!

Outstanding service! My new go-to spot. This was my first time ever visiting Jiffy Lube, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I pulled up, the experience was top-tier. The staff here is absolutely amazing welcoming, professional, fast, and happy to answer any questions. They made the entire process completely hassle-free and stress-free. Finding a service team you can truly trust is rare, but they exceeded all my expectations. If you've never been here before, I highly recommend checking them out. I will definitely be back for all my future service needs

They were great getting all my questions answered. Excellent Customer Service. I recommend them to anyone!

Quick and easy baby, thanks

Only one guy working because other called in sick…thought I would be waiting forever, but no. He worked his butt off and in and out. Bathrooms were absolutely clean and lobby very clean. Highly recommend

Friendly,fast,cheap

Everyone was exceptional!!! Tracy did an excellent job, was VERY friendly and added alot to such a wonderful service!!!

I really appreciated the quick and friendly service I received. I decided to stop in at the last minute and things couldn’t have gone smoother!

The man who changed my oil was attentive to my needs when I asked if he could check my air filter. He brought it to me and said it has at least 1-2 or more years, I forget, before it would need to be replaced. Oil change done in approx 10-15 min. I was appreciative that he gave me a discount when I asked if Jiffy Lube has any current coupons... I needed that since I have very little money, due to price of gas and other stuff that costs so much these days! Five ? job!!

Very accommodating and fast good prices solid entertainment for adults and kids while waiting free wifi coffee and water don’t usually take my car places to get worked on but I’m happy with my experience here!

Once again Jiffy did an amazing job at changing the oil in my Jeep! They’re also really good at letting you know if there’s anything wrong with your vehicle during the oil change and give great advice!

Daniel and Aaron (managers) are the best made it a tire exchange and took it in. And they helped out very, very nice gesture, they did. So I recommend highly

Today they were very professional and informative. They had a great attitude when answering my questions.

Aaron and the team did an amazing job today!

I Came in for a synthetic Oil change today by myself (as someone without much knowledge on cars/automobiles) and the guys got me in right away and were extremely friendly, polite and we had a great little conversation. They most definitely made a repeat customer out of me today!!! :) I will be going back next time I need any other service as well.

Great customer service, fast and friendly! Highly recommend

Efficient and honest.

As always we received outstanding service. The staff at this Oshkosh location is always honest and trustworthy. They have never tried to talk me into something I don’t need and have always been upfront about what I need and a timeframe of when I should replace. I take all of my work they can do there because of the integrity that is shown from the technicians. As a female I am never uncomfortable going in there alone.

Tht techs went above expectations topping of my trucks fluids. Thank you!

Had a flat tire. Rolled up on the spot and the team quickly took care of me. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to also teach me. Thanks again for the help.

Don't remember the names of the people that helped me but they were great

Daniel is Amazing at this Jiffy Lube on 9th in Oshkosh!

Excellent service!

The guys at the shop were easy to talk to and no high pressure sales occurred, which I appreciate!

Price kinda high even with 10 dollar coupon but the guys were very nice an I came when they were getting ready to close an still gave me a oil change so that makes it 5 stars for the employees ??

Im a hotshot driver and had an emergency needing an oil change and fuel filters. I called Loves, petro, pomps, and J&k summerfield. Not a SINGLE one of them would or could do an oil change AND fuel filters today on my '16 ram 2500. I called this store here and Daniel was very quick to answer yes to all my questions. I flipped around and 7min later he met me outside and allowed me to drop my trailer to get my truck in the bay. Best experience I've had with any Jiffy Lube anywhere in the US.

Fast and friendly service for an oil change. I took advantage of the Sunday coupon for a good deal.

Those fellas were kind and efficient. Accepted my coupon at check out and wished me well. Will be a return customer.

The manager told me that mine was the first RV serviced at this location. It took awhile to determine if it would fit and if they had the necessary filter. It did and they did. Very nice people.

Fast, efficient and very friendly, knowledgeable technicians. They checked over everything on my car and only replaced what needed. I felt like I was in good hands without being taken advantage of. I will definitely be back again.

Daniel is a wonderful employee and this location is lucky to have him. He’s always helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

As always fast and courteous service. Fresh cup of coffee was an added bonus. Courteous staff makes it pleasant trip.

I had an amazing experience here! I got an oil change and an inspection on my car and the service was super fast and the team there is full of such friendly kind and funny people! Will definitely be a returning customer!! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

We’re traveling back across the United States and our tire popped, they were kind enough to patch it for us under 15 minutes and for free… extremely friendly and helpful staff!!! So thankful ??
