This is my go to oil change place-the technicians are always top notch, efficient and friendly.

I was thoroughly happy and impressed with the young guys who did my oil change for me! Tristan, Corey, and Kevin did an excellent job and my car was in good hands ??! Fast, easy, and reasonable for oil changes, brake replacement, and more services. Team leader was very helpful when they found that they were unable to help me replace a certain part, and made sure to take the time to answer my questions and help determine the best options from there.

Quick and thorough. Didn’t push hard on trying to upsell me on air filter or cabin filter. Just pointed it out and I said I could change them and they put the filters back.

Fast and efficient. Was able to do both an oil change and brakes in one visit without an appointment. Staff were very resourceful and friendly.

I stopped in only 15 min from close (after my normal oil change spot was randomly closed early) and they were more than happy to accommodate me for a quick oil change. Kevin, in particular, was spectacular and very knowledgeable. This store is EXTREMELY clean and they were also accommodating of honoring a coupon from another place. The prices here are better anyways! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any of the oil changes I don’t do myself.

I use jiffy lube often and the service is always friendly and fast!

I got an oil change and it was the quickest and easiest experience I’ve ever had. Typically I do this myself but these guys made it super easy and recommended a few other things I hadn’t noticed about my car. Super easy going crew and very knowledgeable. Every recommendation was simply that. Never felt pressured to say yes at all, but they could explain every product/service discussed in great detail.

I just got my oil changed today. I was really impressed of how quick they were and when I checked that invoice and seen everything that they checked for and did I was surprised, they definitely go above and beyond. I can say I was pretty happy with there service

I recently had a low-beam headlight bulb go out in my car, and had been putting off trying to get it replaced for a while. When I was finally due for an oil change, I was hoping to get everything serviced in one go at Jiffy Lube in Sun Prairie. The oil change portion of my visit went great, they had my vehicle in and out within 15 minutes. As this is what Jiffy Lube is known for I was not surprised by exceptional service in this area. The headlight portion of my visit was another story. When I first got there, I was told by an employee that it would be no problem and not to worry. The crew ended up spending (maybe) 5 minutes addressing the issue and deemed it too challenging to complete. This was pretty concerning considering I assumed all the staff must be pretty savvy when it comes to car mechanics. Pretty disgruntled, I ended up driving to AutoZone to by a bulb, convinced I could do it myself. I’ve never been much of car guy, so I was surprised when the replacement ended up only taking ~15 minutes when I got home. I guess I got pretty lucky they were feeling lazy that day and ended up saving a bunch of money. Moral of the story is to not expect this place to go above and beyond for you, at the end of the day they’re known for oil changes and pretty much just oil changes. Keep expectations tempered.

The crew was so friendly. They got me in and out in less than 10 min. They checked my air filter my tire pressure my treds and my wipers, beyond getting my oil changed. Thank you for your kind and friendly service!

Always a great experience. It blows my mind how night and day different jiffy lube is to a place like Metro Ford. Metro will drag this out, scam you, never call you back, blame you for all the problems in the world. Jiffy? Amazing. Kind. Friendly. Helpful. And reasonable prices. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great experience!!! Joseph (?) on phone was friendly and helpful. Sara, kindly greeted me within minutes of my arrival, ensuring me that they had the headlight I needed. Two gentlemen replaced my bulb, again, within minutes. This was the quickest service I've ever received on my vehicle and cost was minimal. Will definitely be returning to this Jiffy Lube for all my future needs. Outstanding business!
