The manager was very friendly and professional! The staff was also respectful. Will definitely make this my new shop.

The Jiffy Lube location in Sun Prairie is by far the best. Other oil change locations (even Jiffy Lube’s) have turned me away because of my skid plate. But the Sun Prairie location always does the work and treats me with respect. They are always super nice, friendly, and even will crack some jokes with me.

Honest and speedy, yet top notch service. Management really cares and it shows.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The oil change was done quickly, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. What really stood out to me was how positive the whole team was - not just with customers, but with each other. Everyone was smiling and their interactions with one another were genuinely kind and upbeat. It made for a really pleasant experience. I appreciate the great service and the positive atmosphere.

The staff at Jiffy Lube are incredible! I arrived quite late, right as they were about to close, and they still welcomed me in, performed the oil change, topped off all my fluids, and checked everything over. They did it all with absolute smiles on their faces, providing genuinely amazing service and kindness. I couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism and willingness to help out at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Went today, had my French Bulldogs in the backseat. I usually go to Vaveline. My GOS took me here. I’m glad that it did. Keegan was super nice & friendly. The other gentleman working on my car was really nice, too. I was really impressed with their speed, friendliness & professionalism. I will be coming back!

Dan and the employees at Jiffy Lube in Sun Prairie did an amazing job They were very thorough offered refreshments, saw to my comfort and assured me that they were doing exactly what I needed them to do to keep My car in good running Order they were amazing

Absolutely lovely folks! Big thank you to Dan, who made me feel more comfortable and listened to when discussing my vehicle than I've ever experienced before, and shout out to Kevin for checking in throughout the process and the entire crew for working so hard. Genuine and Helpful: They were quick, knowledgeable, and at a reasonable price. I stopped in for tire rotation and oil change without an appointment and was finished in 20 mins. They reviewed my car’s history and had factory recommendations for what items to have serviced now and what could wait. They also added if I scheduled the service before hand they could ensure to have the factory brand parts for the job. No sales pressure just helpful information. Thank you!

They did a great job! Very helpful when asked questions! But most of all didn’t try pushing to replace things that didn’t need replacing! Even when asked questions that could have very easily lead to trying to replace things! Will definitely go again.

Dan the receptionist was super friendly and chill. All of the staff created a fun and friendly environment. There were other cars being worked on before me but even with that, I only have to wait about 20-30min to get my car oil changed.
