To participate in the offer, during the Offer Period, make a purchase of a full synthetic oil change at a participating Jiffy Lube location (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”). Upon completing a Qualifying Purchase, you will receive a limited edition Jiffy Lube Matchbox 2018 Dodge Durango toy car on-site from a Jiffy Lube representative while supplies last at that location. Jiffy Lube Matchbox 2018 Dodge Durango toy car will be referred to as the “Reward”. Reward quantities are limited and allocated per location; Jiffy Lube does not guarantee that Rewards will be available at any particular location or at any particular time during the Offer Period, and no substitute, cash equivalent, rain check or later delivery will be provided if supplies at a location are exhausted.

Qualifying Purchase must be completed in a single transaction and paid in full. Qualifying Purchases must be received by 11:59 PM ET October 31, 2026 or prior to offer supplies being exhausted to be eligible. Qualifying Purchases will be subject to the Jiffy Lube standard refund and warranty program. This offer does not modify, extend or create any warranty with respect to any product or service purchased. If a Qualifying Purchase is subsequently returned, refunded, voided, cancelled or charged back, the associated Reward is void and Jiffy Lube may, in its discretion, require the Reward to be returned or deduct its retail value from any refund.

The Reward is a toy manufactured by a third party and is subject to the manufacturer’s labeling, age grading, safety and recall instructions; recipients are responsible for reviewing and complying with those instructions. Failure of any potential Reward recipient to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in a Reward being forfeited. Rewards are not transferable, assignable, redeemable for cash or substitutable except by Jiffy Lube, which reserves the right in its discretion to substitute any Reward with one of equal or greater value.

Offer is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles, with venue in New York County, New York. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this offer, participants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this offer, or any Reward provided, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class, collective, consolidated or representative action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant or, at the participant’s election, by telephone, videoconference or on the documents alone; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim; the arbitrator may not consolidate or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim or any request for public injunctive relief, then that claim or request shall be severed and heard in the courts identified above and the remainder of this arbitration provision shall remain in full force and effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and Jiffy Lube may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this offer), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. In no event will the aggregate liability of Jiffy Lube or any Released Party to any participant arising out of or relating to this offer or any Reward exceed the value of one (1) Reward. The foregoing limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law, including with respect to claims for personal injury caused by a party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By participating, participants agree as follows: a) to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and to the decisions of Jiffy Lube, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and b) that Jiffy Lube, LLC, its parent, franchisor, franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, suppliers and manufacturers of the Reward, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability and shall be released and held harmless for any damage, loss or injury to any participant or any third party resulting from participation in this offer or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Reward, except to the extent such damage, loss or injury results from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party or cannot be released under applicable law. Released Parties are not responsible for errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this offer, including, without limitation, errors, problems or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer or damage to entrant’s or other person’s hardware or software as a result of participation or use of any Reward. In the event of any printing, typographical, administrative or other error in these Terms and Conditions or in any offer materials, Jiffy Lube reserves the right to correct such error and the terms as corrected shall control. Released Parties are also not responsible for Qualifying Purchases, Rewards, emails or codes that are lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, garbled or delayed by computer transmissions and all such Qualifying Purchases or Rewards are void. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this offer as solely determined by Jiffy Lube will be disqualified, and Jiffy Lube reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Jiffy Lube reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the offer, in whole or in part, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if the offer is compromised by non-authorized human intervention, supply chain interruption, force majeure or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the offer, and no participant shall have any claim as a result. Information submitted in connection with the offer will be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Jiffy Lube Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://www.jiffylube.com/privacy-policy provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and such Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall control with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in all other respects.

Jiffy Lube reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms at www.jiffylube.com. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure of Jiffy Lube to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Jiffy Lube and each participant with respect to this offer and supersede any prior or contemporaneous statements, advertisements or representations regarding the offer.
