HOUSTON -- March 31, 2014 -- Jiffy Lube® International, Inc. recently named Bronco Lube, LLC, "Franchisee of the Year" for its dedication, strength, integrity and support for the Jiffy Lube® brand. With three Jiffy Lube service centers in Florence, S.C., owner and operator Chad Weisbeck displays superior operations through well-trained, committed employees and highly satisfied customers, while continuously investing in industry innovation. The esteemed "Franchisee of the Year" award is presented annually to the franchisee who best exemplifies the Jiffy Lube brand. Bronco Group earned the "Franchisee of the Year" honor for its ongoing contributions to the Jiffy Lube brand:

  • Growing the business throughout the past four years, including a 31.6 percent increase in customer satisfaction and 20.7 percent increase in customer growth in 2013
  • Taking a leadership role in testing new products and services for the Jiffy Lube system, including Jffy Lube Brakes & Services℠ offerings, which have been extended to all three Bronco Lube service centers. Additionally, Bronco Lube opened a five bay acquisition building offering the full line of services.
  • Implementing a robust best practice training program for employees
  • Giving back to the community through sponsorships and fundraising including the American Heart Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association
  • Remodeling service centers to offer secluded areas for facilitating service reviews and accommodating families with child-friendly lounges
