HOUSTON - For the 20th year in a row, Jiffy Lube International has secured the top spot in National Oil & Lube News' annual TOPS in the Fast Lube Industry Ranking. With more than 2,200 locations throughout North America, the Jiffy Lube service center network measured twice as large as any other competitor in the magazine's 2007 survey.

National Oil & Lube News (NOLN) publishes its ranking as a barometer of the expansion and contraction of the fast lube industry. It defines fast lubes as businesses whose "primary sales model revolves around the offering of quick, convenient oil changes and other preventive maintenance services."

"Our 20-year run atop NOLN's ranking confirms our success in expanding the Jiffy Lube formula for quality preventive maintenance to drivers across North America," said Luis Scoffone, president of Jiffy Lube International. "But that successful growth comes from continuously improving the value proposition we offer our customers. Strong maintenance expertise, good customer service, conveniently located service centers, and excellent value for the customer's dollar are what keep Jiffy Lube the preferred car-care provider of millions of drivers. We are implementing many operational and customer-facing initiatives to make us even better at what we do."

The 2007 NOLN survey ranked 59 companies operating a combined total of 7,555 facilities - approximately 44 percent of the entire industry.
