Updated Review: Manager Daniel reached out to me and I had the opportunity to speak with him directly. He was sincerely concerned about the incident and assured me that this is not what their company stands for. He also informed me that the employee involved would be receiving disciplinary action. Because of the way this situation was handled, I am updating my Google review from 1 star to 5 stars. Aside from the one negative interaction, the speed of service was great, and as I mentioned before, Kevin was amazing. Manager Daniel went above and beyond to try to rectify the situation, and his professionalism truly made a difference. If it weren’t for Daniel and Kevin, this location would have lost a customer. They both demonstrated excellent customer service. I would return to this location, especially if one of these gentlemen is handling my vehicle. On Saturday, March 7, 2026, I went to have my oil changed at Jiffy Lube located at 5519 N Henry Blvd in Stockbridge, GA. Unfortunately, this was almost the worst customer service experience I have ever had, mainly due to one employee named Ronny. When I first arrived, I spoke with an employee named Kevin who was very helpful and professional. I asked him about possibly changing my headlight along with my oil change. Kevin politely explained that company policy usually does not allow them to install parts that were not purchased through their store, but he said he would check with management to see if an exception could be made. After I pulled into the service bay, Ronny came over to check my vehicle and get the mileage. He mentioned that he needed to give me a quote for the headlight. I explained to him the same thing I had already discussed with Kevin. Ronny then responded loudly to Kevin saying they were not allowed to do that, using profanity while speaking. At that point I told both of them that it was not a big deal and that I did not want anyone getting in trouble. However, Ronny continued going on and on using profanity in front of me and my three children. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in front of customers and children. Kevin ultimately completed my oil change and even helped replace the headlight for me free of charge. I was very appreciative of his kindness and professionalism and left him a tip for his help. Had it not been for Kevin, the situation could have gone very differently. Employees like Kevin represent a business well. Unfortunately, employees like Ronny do the opposite and reflect poorly on the establishment. Management should address this type of behavior to ensure customers are treated respectfully.
