Fast! Easy! Carefull! Customer service was very, very good! They told me about 4-5 times where they were in the process to change my oil and how many times left. They didn't try to push other sales (They just ask if I want more) They put air conditioning in my truck during the job with a pipe because we can't start the engine. I appreciated a lot. I will go there again for sure!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Jiffy Lube and honestly had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a service shop. Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming, especially Adam. My autistic son and I stayed in the car during the service, and Adam went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable by blowing cool air into the car so we wouldn’t get too hot. That small act of kindness meant a lot to me. Adam was also very patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the entire process without making me feel rushed. The rest of the team — Nydia, Jason, Jackie, and Ramon — were amazing as well. The service was very fast, the prices were reasonable, and I appreciated their honesty about the oil price increase. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect, and they made what is usually a stressful errand feel easy and comfortable. Truly appreciated and highly recommend this team!

Excellent and professional team at jiffy Lube on South university drive opposite Whole Foods . Thank you to Dalton, Andrew, Adam , Nydia and Rafael they serviced my car quickly and made me feel very comfortable and explained the services . Thank you team .
