Yesterday, around 4:45 p.m., I brought my vehicle to this location because I had been experiencing an unusual and annoying noise coming from the engine area. I had the pleasure of meeting a young mechanic named Michael, who immediately impressed me with his professionalism, courtesy, and genuine willingness to help. Michael carefully inspected my vehicle, performed a diagnostic scan, and took the necessary time to identify the possible source of the problem. After approximately 25–30 minutes, he explained that the noise appeared to be related to the belt tensioner, idler pulley, and serpentine belt. He provided a reasonable estimate, approximately $616 before a coupon discount, bringing my total to around $550. I appreciated his transparency, attention to detail, and straightforward approach. Unfortunately, my experience took an unexpected turn the following day. While I was at work, I received a phone call from another employee named Lionel, who identified Michael as his apprentice. Lionel informed me that my vehicle supposedly required additional repairs, including spark plugs, sensors, and other components. When I asked about the cost, I was surprised to hear an estimate exceeding $2,000. What concerned me most was the significant difference between Michael's original assessment and these additional recommendations. Although I understand that different technicians may identify different issues, I would have appreciated a clearer explanation of why such extensive additional work was necessary. I politely declined the additional services and chose to proceed with Michael's original recommendations. I believe customers deserve transparency, consistency, and clear communication, particularly when substantial repair expenses are involved. The reason I am giving this location four stars rather than five is the unexpected additional estimate and the uncertainty it created. Nevertheless, I want to personally recognize Michael for his outstanding customer service, professionalism, honesty, and dedication. He made a very positive impression, and I was pleased with the service he provided. I would gladly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a courteous, attentive, and professional mechanic.

I went in for an oil change and left highly satisfied. I didn’t have to wait long for my services to be done either. Pricing was great as well. Thank you Jasmine, Jeremiah, Edwin, Lyonel and Hubert for your great customer service. Highly recommend ??

Just left Jiffy Lube in Lauderhill & Jasmin was the bomb.com! She switched out my old wiper blades to new ones in less than 5 min. flat! Very sweet & knowledgeable! She provided options on which type & didn’t try to convince me to get the higher priced blades! Great customer service! Highly recommend this location & Jasmin!
