First time customer with a new vehicle. I recently took my brand-new Jeep Gladiator to Jiffy Lube in Wenatchee for its very first oil change, and I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. Like many vehicle owners, especially when it comes to a new vehicle, I’m very particular about who works on it. From the moment I arrived, the team at Jiffy Lube demonstrated a level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that immediately put me at ease. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the service being performed without making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how efficient the entire process was. They got me in quickly, completed the service in a timely manner, and still maintained a very thorough approach throughout the visit. It’s rare these days to find a business that can balance speed with quality, but this team managed to do exactly that. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run, which reflects positively on the management and the pride the employees take in their work. Every interaction I had with the staff was positive, and it was clear they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and doing the job right the first time. Services provided were appreciated. The problem was that the hood of my vehicle was not put down correctly and has popped up repeatedly. I'll have to get someone to help me latch it properly. I am a 90-year-old woman.
