Here’s a polished Google review that highlights both the problem and the exceptional customer service from the manager and employee who helped you: Tonight, my husband went to the Jiffy Lube location for a routine oil change, and unfortunately the service was not completed correctly. Our car didn’t even make it a quarter mile from the location before it broke down due to having no oil. We were stranded on the side of the road, scared, stressed, and extremely worried about the damage that could have happened to our vehicle. Because the Crestwood location was about to close, no one answered the phone when we immediately tried calling for help. Thankfully, we contacted another Jiffy Lube location, where Manager Daniel Williams and Service Technician Larry Johnson stepped in and completely changed this experience for us. Even though the issue did not happen at their location, they treated us with compassion, urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. They listened to our concerns, reassured us when we were panicking, and truly embodied Jiffy Lube’s core value of helping customers “Leave Worry Behind by Keeping Vehicles Running Right.” What impressed us most was that Larry Johnson went completely out of his way, even after hours, to come help us on the side of the road and make sure we were safe and not alone during such a stressful situation. That kind of dedication and humanity is rare these days. Daniel Williams also stayed involved, communicated with us, and made sure our concerns were taken seriously from start to finish. These two men turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a situation where we still felt cared for as customers. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond their job duties to help complete strangers in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. Thank you, Daniel Williams and Larry Johnson, for your kindness, professionalism, and integrity. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have employees like you representing their company. Both of these men deserve acknowledgment and recognition for the outstanding customer service they provided tonight.
